"If I knew it all then would I do it again?" ~ Billie Eilish
Erica didn't saying anything to the Colonel. Instead, she just glared at him, letting out a sharp angry breath. Quaritch smirked, turning his attention back to the others.
"Cuff 'em to the rail. All of 'em!" He instructed. Tsireya and Tuk both fought with everything they had not go be cuffed but it didn't work. Lo'ak didn't even fight, knowing that it was pointless. Erica kept her eyes on the Colonel the entire time until her knee's were kicked out from below her. She let out a grunt as she was cuffed to the railing between Tuk and Lo'ak, trying to push back against the Avatar but it was no use.
She let out a frustrated huff as she heard Tuk's whines as she pulled against the railing. "Tuk, stop. You'll hurt yourself." Erica spoke softly, trying to hide the fear that she was feeling. Her little sister just looked up at her, eyes wide as tears formed. Erica didn't know what to say to her, she felt hopeless as she looked over at Lo'ak who muttered two simple words. "Be brave."
"So, Erica." Quaritch spoke, causing the women in question to whip her head in his direction. He was standing behind Tuk which made Erica nervous, but she swallowed it down, refusing to show any emotions in front of him.
"What are you doing out here with the Sully's?" Erica didn't answer, she just looked back out into the water. Refusing to meet his gaze.
Quaritch let out a sigh, reaching for the small gun in his holster. Erica heard a click followed by a small whine come from Tuk and Tsireya. When she turned back to face him, her eyes widened in panic as she saw that Quaritch was holding his gun against Tuk's head.
"Let's try that again." Quaritch spoke again, annoyance evident in his voice. "What are you doing with the Sully's?"
"Jake is my father. I came to Pandora to find him!" Erica spoke so fast that she wasn't even sure Quaritch understood her words as his face contorted into a look of confusion. "Please just don't hurt her, okay?" She begged him.
Quaritch removed the gun from Tuk's head, holding it at his side as he walked behind Erica to her other side, standing between her and Lo'ak. "What is it with you Sully's betraying me?" He asked, kneeling to her height.
Erica didn't respond, instead she just hissed at him. Quaritch scoffed, standing back up to his full height while looking down at her. "Really?" He questioned. "You really think you're one of them?"
Erica continued to look up at him with a clenched jaw before the Colonel let out a slight shout in pain as he felt the sensation of teeth digging into his calf. He stepped away, looking over at Lo'ak in anger before slapping him as hard as he could across his face.
"Don't bite me you little shit!" He spoke in anger, pulling Lo'ak's braid so he was looking up at him. Erica was shouting at him while Tsireya pleaded in Na'vi for the Colonel not to hurt him. Tuk was crying at this point and there was nothing anyone could do to comfort her.
The sounds of war cries could be heard off in the distance, forcing all of their attention towards the ocean in front of them. "Na'vi inbound!" One of the Avatar's shouted, noticing an entire army of Metkayina and leading them was...
"Dad!" Tuk shouted, a smile spreading across her face as their father began to approach the ship. Quaritch let go of Lo'ak's braid, taking a step back before ripping his throat comm off of his neck and taking his ear piece.
