"Where are we?" Cordelia asked Bella as they stood in a meadow that was filled with dead grass." Bella fell to her knees

"Edward and I came here all the time"

"Oh Bells." Cordelia hugged her as a man came onto the clearing.

"Bella" He spoke

"Laurent"

He was infront of them in a blur. Cordelia stepped back in fear

"I didn't expect to find you here. I went to visit the Cullens, but they werent there. I'm surprised they left you behind. Aren't you a sort of pet to them?"

"I guess you could say that" Bella agreed as he circled us.

"Do the cullens visit often?"

Bella hesitated

"Yeah, all the time"

"I'll tell them you stopped by, but I probably shouldnt tell...Edward" Cordelia frowned

"But he is far away, isn't he?"

"Why are you here, anyway?" Bella asked

"I came as a favour to Victoria. She asked me to see if you were still under the protection of the Cullens. She feels it is only fair that she kill his mate, seeing as he killed hers. An eye for an eye"

"Edward would know who did it, and he would come after you"

"I don't think he will. I mean how much can you mean to him if he left you here unprotected. Victoria won't be happy about my killing you or your innocent friend. You are both so mouthwatering"

"Please don't, I mean you helped us" he was in front of bella and cupped her cheek

"I am doing you a kindness, Victoria plans on killing you slowly and painfully. I'll make it quick. I promise"

"Edward I love you"

"Bella, what is going on?" Cordelia asked as a twig snapped behind them.

"I do not believe it." The thing said as wolves. Giant wolves appeared behind the girls. The two girls ran back to Bella's house as fast as they could

"Dad I saw them"

"Saw what?" Charlie asked

"They are not bears, they are wolves, huge wolves."

"What the hell were you two doing in the woods?" Charlie asked, scolding them both, but Cordelia stood in utter shock

"They are huge wolves"

"Are you sure Bella?" harry asked

"Yeah I just saw them. They were after... Something."

"Alright, Harry can you rally some guys?"

"Yeah" Harry agreed

"I should go" Charlie said

"Yeah, you should." Bella told him

After charlie left, Cordelia looked to her friend.

"Explain. Everything."

Bella pulled her friend to the livingroom and explained everything to her.

"Please, Delia. Say something."

"Bella. I need time to process this. All of it." Cordelia said. bella nodded in understanding.

"I'll call you tomorrow, I need to sleep."

If you were to tell Cordelia that Vampires were real, she would have laughed in your face and called you a psycho, but now she knew the truth, she couldnt sleep without thinking of these vampires who want to kill her friend.
