I know you're not a bad person,
it's life that forces us to hurt.
I held your heart in my arms
hiding it naively from the world.
For the world hurts and takes,
wound then bleeds and aches.
But I was the one who harmed
after all I thought you're mine.
I've lost the chance to see you bloom,
way too soon came our doom.
Beautiful flower can't be owned,
without a soil, a water in a vase,
it won't live, it will wither away.
