Ashton's POV
I had decided to go upstairs to the game room and play a game. Cassidy had walked in the house with some boy, and I'm pretty sure it was Ross. If he breaks her heart again, he won't even see what's coming for him. I walk upstairs and head towards the game room. What I see inside, is very disturbing.
"Holy crap." I say as I see Ross and Cassidy making out.
"Well, that escalated quickly." Cassidy says as she pulls away from Ross.
"Definitely." He agrees.
"What the freak were you up here doing with my sister?" I ask him, more concerned about the fact that he just stole my sisters first kiss.
"We were arguing, Ashton." Cassidy says.
"That didn't look like 'arguing'." I mumble.
"Well, we were arguing. And then some things happened, and we ended up kissing." Ross says nervously.
"Yes, but we still need to talk things through." Cassidy says as she looks at Ross.
"Well, I'll go. But no more kissing." I say as I back out of the room.
"Bye Ash!" Cassidy says happily as she waves goodbye.
That was awkward.
Cassidy's POV
"Ross, we still need to speak about the day." I say nervously.
"What's the day?" Ross asks, clearly confused of what I was talking about.
"The day you told me that you hate me." I say to him, looking straight into those gorgeous hazel-colored eyes.
"I was 14, Cassidy. I knew you liked me, and I had just started on Austin and Ally. How did you expect me to act? All unicorns and rainbows, even though I was being bullied by the kids on my street and getting declined by every girl I ever asked out? I was stressed out, Cassidy. And seeing you just threw everything off balance. I was just starting to get my life together, and I had to scare you off in order to get it back together. I'm sorry, Cassidy." Ross says sincerely.
"I don't know if I should forgive you yet." I say to him.
"Please, Cass." Ross begs.
"I want to see your sister." I say to him.
"Fine, whatever." He says as he grabs my hand and pulls me downstairs.
"Ashton, I'm taking Cassidy somewhere." Ross says as we pass Ashton's room.
"Don't have too much fun!" Ashton replies. We quickly go downstairs, and we run out the front door. Ross runs to the house next door, me trying to catch up to him.
"Ross, slow down!" I yell to him as he crosses the street. I quickly run across the street, but before I can finish crossing it, I see a car coming. I have no time to move, and it hits me. I hear one last thing before black out.
"Cassidy! I love you, please be okay!"
