After continuing to talk with Auden for a couple more minutes, I decided to go get ready for school. I went in my bedroom, got in my closet, and grabbed a long sleeved gray shirt, and a pair of black skinny jeans. Then, I quickly braided my hair into a loose side braid. I slipped on my pink converse, before going downstairs.
"Hey babe." Jonathan says when I walk into the kitchen.
"Hey." I reply back. I look over, and see my Mom standing at the stove, while my Dad is sitting and drinking a cup of coffee, whilst glaring at Jonathan.
Me and my boyfriends never had serious relationships. I refused to kiss any of them, saving my first kiss for who I felt was my 'special someone.' Me and my boyfriends were very touchy, but we didn't kiss.
"Hey Daddy." I say as I walk up to him, giving him a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
"Hey sweetheart. I don't like your new boyfriend. What happened to Boyd?" My dad says, mentioning my boyfriend I broke up with two weeks ago.
"I broke up with him. He cheated on me with our cousin, Myra." I say, getting a sickening feeling in my stomach just mentioning her name.
"Ahh. But didn't Myra know you were dating him at the time?" He asks, a confused look on his face.
"She knew, and she didn't care." I say.
"I will talk to my sister about her daughter, but you should probably get going. Your gonna be late for school." He says as he smiles at me.
"Alright. Bye Daddy. Love you." I say, before hugging him.
"Bye. Love you too." He says as we pull away. I walk up to my Mom, giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"Bye Mom. Love you." I say.
"Bye, Cassidy. Love you too." She replies.
I walk towards Jonathan, slipping my hand into his. We walk out the front door, hand in hand. We climb in his car, before taking off towards school.
He pulls in the parking lot, and finds a parking spot. I quickly jump out of the car, running towards the doors.
"Hey Cassidy!" I hear my best friend yell. I turn around, seeing my pink haired best friend, Addison.
"Hey Addie!" I say as I hug her.
"So, how are things going with Jonathan?" She asks.
"Great!" I say happily.
Addison has been my best friend since kindergarten. We've been through everything together, including when Addie was being bullied. But, that was when we were 13, in seventh grade. That was when Addie first decided to dye her hair, and at the time she had dyed it blue. Everyone called her names and told her that blue hair made her look terrible. But, I was there the whole time, standing up for her. She got through it, and now we're the popular girls.
"Addison! Haven! Come on, we need to find the other girls!" I hear my other bestie, Natalia, yell.
"Coming Nat!" I yell back as I walk towards her.
"Alright, so we need to find Emily, Elizabeth, Madison, and Amiliyah." She says.
The thing about Natalia, was that she refused to use nicknames. She was raised around parents who thought that you should be called the name you were given at birth. Even when she had a boyfriend, she refused to call him 'babe' or as for her ex-boyfriend Ashton, 'Ash'. Yes, my best friend dated my brother, and it was the most awkward time of my life.
"Alright, so you mean we need to find Em, Ellie, Maddie, and Milly." I say.
"Oh, and Jaeden." Addie says from behind me.
"Yeah, her." Nat says, just going along with it.
Honestly, none of us except for Addie like Jaeden. She's a two faced female dog who will become your best friend, learn your secrets, and then use them against you to get what she wants. For example, how she became popular was from black mailing Nat into giving her a makeover and acting like her bestie. But, for Addison's sake, we keep quiet and get along with her.
"Hey peoples!" I hear Emily say as she walks up to us with Ellie, Milly, and Maddie on her heels.
"Well, me and Maddie better head to class." I say.
"Bye guys." Maddie says as we walk towards class.
~~AT LUNCH~~
I sat down at our regular lunch table, ignoring the glances from other students. During Chemistry, my partner spilled a non-toxic chemical (thank god) on my shirt, leaving me in a grey shirt with a huge blue stain.
"What happened to your shirt, babes?" Addie asks me as she sits next to me.
"My stupid nerd chemistry partner Mary spilt chemical on my shirt." I say.
"Alright." She says as she starts poking at her food.
All of the other girls come and sit down, including Jaeden. We all have small talk, until the bell rings.
"Bye guys." I say as I head to Spanish class.
I walk in and take a seat at my normal desk. One by one, the rest of the kids walk in. When the teacher walks in, she has a tall blonde boy standing next to her.
"Hola! Today, we have a new student! Would you like to introduce yourself?" Our teacher says, way too over enthusiastically.
He looks really familiar, especially his beautiful hazel eyes.
"Hi, I'm Ross Lynch."
It was him.
