I re-enter Cassidy's room, and see her sitting up in bed, smiling as I walk in the door.

"Hey Shor." She says playfully, a smirk finding it's way to her face.

She hadn't called me Shor since before the incident. I knew something was up, because last time I had been called Shor, was when we were little. When we were still best friend's, and still cared for eachother.

"Cassidy? What's up?" I ask her nervously, the sudden nickname worrying me slightly.

"Remember the time when I tripped and broke my arm? We were in your backyard, and your mom had no idea because the kitchen window faces the opposite side of the house. You couldn't carry me, I couldn't get up, and you refused to leave me alone, even for just a few minutes. So instead, you found a way to get me in the house, by setting me on top of your skateboard, and pushing me to the house." Haven says, a playful smile on her face, describing the memory as if it was yesterday.

"Where did you hear the from, C?" I reply, using the old nickname I had for when I could only say 'Casdy' instead of 'Cassidy'.

"Just recently, I remembered it. I also remembered when we were fourteen, the last time I saw you, you guys came to Colorado for Christmas, and you kissed me. Told me how much I matter to you, and how I was the only thing you cared about. And then, the next day, I caught you with my best friend, Laila. We argued, you told me it was all a lie. That you didn't care about me anymore. You broke my heart, and the next day, you flew back to California, running from your problems. Again. Ross, you ruined my life. And once I finally got over it, you decided to re-enter it. I hate you for it, and I hope I never see you again."

I shoot up from my chair, and realize it was just another bad dream. I was scared for Cassidy to find a way to unlock her lost memories, even though we had basically made up the day of the accident. I can't believe I ever let her cross the road. It should have been me, and I should've checked for cars before running across. I thought I saw one, but I wasn't sure. I should've been more careful. {End of Jessa}

I hope her lost memories are never rediscovered. And I hope she still holds onto the memories of today. I hope she'll be okay.

I honestly think I'm in love with Cassidy.
