LENA - ONE MONTH LATER
Did I really take a coffee shop idea and co-create a startup with the guy I can't stand? Yes, yes, I did.
Am I crazy? Maybe. But in my defense, we didn't really have a lot of options. With David's reputation and power in the industry, there weren't many companies that would hire us.
It's been a month since we started our own startup with Alex, and it has been a rollercoaster ride so far. Alex's chaotic nature has been both a blessing and a curse. His unorthodox methods have led to some great ideas, but it has also created a lot of chaos and confusion. But I have to admit, he is charming and persuasive when he needs to be. He has managed to bring in some great clients and investors, which has helped us get off the ground.
On the other hand, I have been trying my best to keep things organized and on track. I've implemented systems to keep track of our finances, our project timelines, and our meetings. It hasn't been easy, but it's been necessary.
But sometimes, I feel like Alex doesn't take my suggestions seriously. He always has a new idea or a new way of doing things that he thinks is better. While I appreciate his creativity, it can be frustrating when we're trying to stick to a plan.
Overall, I think we're making progress, but there's still a lot of work to be done. We have a long way to go before we can really call ourselves successful.
