I was sitting at my desk, going through some emails when Alex walked in. His face was beaming with excitement, and he was practically bouncing on his toes.

"LENA! I have some exciting news!" he exclaimed, pulling out a chair and sitting down across from me.

I raised an eyebrow. "Okay, spill it. What's got you so worked up?"

"We just landed a potential deal with AllergyFreeMomLife!" he exclaimed, practically shouting the words.

I looked at him blankly. "Allegory-what?"

He let out a laugh. "I keep forgetting you are stuck at the last millennium.  AllergyFreeMomLife, the influencer!"

"Influence who?"

"Oh my God, Lena, were you born a boomer, or did you swap bodies with one?"

I rolled my eyes. "That doesn't help me get what the deal is any better, Alex. Explain."

He took a deep breath and explained in the tone of a kidergarden teacher, "She is a social media personality. Her kids have a lot of different allergies, so she makes allergy free alternatives of popular foods. She shares the videos of her recipe. She has...like millions of followers. You should check her out - she is awesome."

"And our 'potential deal'?"

"Right, we sponsor one of her videos, and in return, she talks about our app - to millions of viewers who are exactly our target users!"

"Wow, that sounds amazing. Good work, Alex," I said, genuinely impressed.

He grinned widely, his eyes shining with pride. "Thanks, Lena. We have a lunch meeting with her tomorrow at the Mirrors."

"Sure, I've been wanting to try that place out for a while."

"Excellent. And Lena?"

"Hm?"

"Welcome to the 21st century," he said with a smirk.
