"That's the last of it," I declared, as I looked at all the luggage that was stacked on my bed.

It would be a pleasant time to go outside this Saturday morning, but the only time I'll be going outside is to leave Hogwarts. I can hear the children racing outdoors, and it almost makes me happy in a way. I'll surely be coming back. That's what Professor Snape said at least.

"Do you need help bringing your luggage to the headmaster's office?" Theo said from behind me.

I jumped slightly, my breath hitching. I forgot Theo volunteered to help me. When he did, it really did make me feel different about him. At first, I thought he was angry with me. Maybe he just wants to watch me leave Hogwarts. Nevermind. Maybe he does hate me.

"Nope," I said. "I can take it from here." I slid my trunk off my bed, which landed right on my foot causing me to groan in pain.

"That won't be necessary," Theodore laughed, getting my trunk like it was nothing.

I just laughed awkwardly, picking up whatever I could to hide the light blush on my face. It was almost as if me and Theodore had started over from when we first met. It felt awkward around us, and the wall of tension wouldn't break down over anything.

Soon, I was following Theodore Nott down the staircases. I couldn't help but feel high and proud at this moment. The castle was empty and there was no sign of any students besides the pupils that are very keen on studying.

It wasn't long before Theodore had taken me to Professor Snape's office. Surprisingly enough Snape wasn't in his own office, and Theo insisted to wait with me.

"So...Suspension?" Theodore asked.

"Suspension," I repeated.

There was a long pause as we stood, waiting quietly.

"So," I spoke. "Daphne?"

Theodore's eyebrows immediately furrowed before his expression changed to disgust. "What the bloody hell are you talking about?" He asked again.

I just groaned slapping a palm to my face. "Theo, don't play dumb. Honestly, It's fine if you like my sister-"

"What?" He looked almost panicked, but I wouldn't dare let him cut me off after weeks of waiting to say this to him.

"I mean, it might just be a bit odd, you know?-"

"I DON'T LIKE DAPHNE!" He declared, "I loathe her!"

I raised my eyebrows, slightly shocked. After all this time? He never liked my sister? I could smile and yip for joy, but it felt like an odd moment to do so.

"Oh," I murmured.

Theo still looked lost for words as his face turned a shallow pink. And at the right moment, Professor Snape entered his office with my mother following behind. I swallowed hard, my mother looking firm at the ground.

"Are you ready?" My mother spat.

I nodded fiercely, but Theo shook his head violently.

"Can we have a second?" Theo asked with a tilted head towards Snape.

He grunted in annoyance as he brought my mother outside his office. Before I could even think, Theodore brought me in a tight hug, and my senses immediately filled up with his scents. The familiar smell of musk and lime almost made me sigh in relief. I had my best friend back. Finally.

"I'm sorry for being an arse," He laughed before pulling away. But it was seconds later when he brought his lips to my ears and spoke lowly. I couldn't help but smile widely.

He's given me a book, and right when I get home I know I'll surely be reading it.

"Thank you, Nott," I said, pulling away for the second time.

He nodded proudly, waving me off. "I'll see you later, Greengrass."

And to that, I walked out of Snape's office with my luggage following behind me. Maybe this won't be so bad after all.
