The wedding was gonna take place in the evening and to hint to the media some posts were shared on social media. Kai was sitting in some corner with Mark and playing games on the phone.

"Hey, big brother!" Mark called even though he was fully concentrated on the game.

"What is it? Do you need help again?" Kai was the same.

"No, man!!! I almost got killed! Hey, brother, where's Brother Lucas? I haven't seen him." Mark dragged his chair closer to Kai.

Kai stopped his game and leaned toward Mark, "He is busy doing some work."

Mark was confused, "Oh... He works?"

"Did you go shopping for the wedding?" Kai asked.

"Yeah, Dad's manager brought me some clothes. Brother Kai, is Brother Lay gonna come?" Mark asked.

Kai sighed and looked out the window, "That's hard to say, but I don't think so."

Mark sighed as he was upset, "It's been so long since I saw them. I miss him."

"So do I, son." Kai caressed Mark's head while the lather immediately slacks his hand off, "Don't call me son!!"

"Okay, enough games. Go study, you have a test tomorrow don't you?" Kai stood up.

"No, I did. Dad called the school and told them to cancel the test." Mark smiled and went back to his phone.

Kai sighed heavily, "Dad... Okay but don't play all day. You still gotta do your homework."

Mark just nodded, "Yeah, yeah sure, I will."

Sehun was sitting with his Dad to have a conversation. "Dad, where is Mom?"

Sejoong replied, "She is at home, still busy looking for your sister. Don't worry she'll be fine."

Sehun nodded, "But she does know that it's my wedding today right?"

Sejoong nodded, "Of course, she knows. She'll be here anytime soon."

Sehun smiled slightly. While his Dad has already walked away from the conversation. Sehun also walked away and he was roaming around seeing the preparation. He saw Kai and Linda talking in a corner. He walked up to them.

"Linda, what are you doing here?" Sehun asked, pretty confused.

Linda stood up from the chair as soon as she saw him, "Boss, good morning. I'm here because Mr. Kim called me."

Sehun nodded and looked at Kai. Kai offered him a seat, "Have a seat."

"What Linda is doing here? With you?" Sehun asked in confusion.

"Oh, well, I thought it would be better if we decide before the wedding how we are gonna handle two companies," Kai said.

Sehun furrowed, "So, did you not think you should've called me first as in the CEO? Not there yet but the same thing." he was kinda offended.

"Well, I know you're new to the business, no offense. Of course, I'm not gonna take a single decision without you. Linda is here to help me out with our mutual transaction which happened in the past. Which you already know but I don't."

Sehun sighed, "But you did decide on how we are gonna handle it without even discussing it with me."

Kai nodded, "No, it was just a thought. Not a decision."

Sehun sighed harder and walked away, "Seriously, man."

Kai exhaled heavily while Linda and he looked at each other with concern.

Kai knocked on the door of Sehun's room, "Hey, can I come in?"

"Well, you are a free man. Do whatever you want to, man." Sehun huffed.

Kai raised his eyebrows and went in, "Okay, so look, I didn't mean to take any decision alone, especially regarding your company and you. I just didn't want you to stress out already given what happened with all that family and wedding stuff. I assure you I didn't take any decision and won't without you."

Sehun was looking at him through the mirror, "I know your intentions were good. But what you did was not the good way either. I mean, you should've come to me first. I agree I don't know much about business but I can learn. I've been doing good as well."

Kai smiled, "Good for you. It won't happen again."

Sehun nodded, "Hope so. It's gonna be a hell of the year."

"Hey, I really think we could talk before you know getting... Married." Sehun hesitated a bit.

Kai turned to him, "Sure. Me too, actually."

Kai closed the door and took a place in front of him, "Uh... I'm not good with words with things like this. I'm just gonna be honest."

Sehun nodded, "Sure, go on."

Kai inhaled slowly, "So like we are getting married, the contract I know. But still a marriage. What I wanna say is, we won't be just married we would have to pretend to be like a couple for the media and any of our friends and family connecting to business. Which will probably make things difficult at times. I just wanna ask will you be okay with that?"

Sehun nodded even though he was fazed out, "Oh. Yeah. Yeah, why not? Haha.."

Kai was confused, "Okay, t-that is great. Well, I'll... Get going?"

"No! I mean... Wait, I don't think I got it." Sehun coughed out of embarrassed

Kai stopped, "Well, I asked you though. Anyway, what I said was that we'd have to act like an actual couple. Let me tell you, it will be chaos! I just want you to be clear about how the relationship is going to work."

Sehun nodded as he understood for real this time, "Okay, I mean, how hard is it gonna be?"

Kai nodded as he got up, "Okay, then it's settled."

"Oh! One more thing. We have to act in front of Mark too." Kai added.

"What?! Why?!" Sehun was confused.

"Well, he's still a child. He won't understand much business and of course, setting such a fake marriage example can harm his personality." Kai said.

Sehun nodded, "Make sense. No worries, I will make sure he doesn't know."

"In short, anyone except your parents, my parents, Yuqi and Lucus. No one else!" Kai warned.

Before Sehun could continue but Kai interrupted again, "And my sister. She already knows."

Sehun was totally confused, "Ah, what now? Your sister?  You have a sister now? You didn't tell me before?!"

"I mean you already met her. At that shopping place, the lady. She's my younger sister, Kate Kennedy. She is married to my friend the owner of that place." Kai explained it to him.

"How come I never saw her? Not even a mention of her either?" Sehun asked.

"Well, you see, she married someone who doesn't comes from the same background, he has a different background. So, it didn't go well between Dad and Kate. Hence, never mentioned." Kai sighed at his messed-up family.

"Woah... You have some family, eh?" Sehun was kinda flabbergast. "I mean, the big brother left the country, the younger sister had to leave the family, the younger brother ran away with my sister, and the youngest brother doesn't even have a clue what's going on. That leaves you, who is about to enter into a contract marriage with a guy. And all thanks to your Dad! That's kinda amazing actually!"

Kai cleared his throat, "Are you done? In the end, you're about to be part of this crazy family."

"Yeah, almost forgot that one." Sehun sighed.

"I'll let you get ready. I have to get ready too." Kai said and left the room.

Sehun looked in the mirror and exhaled heavily. Suddenly someone yelled from the hall.
