Suddenly there was chaos in the entire room. Media people were forced to shut down their recordings by security.

"I told Dad this is the worst idea. Anyways, why should I care?" Kai sighed.

Sehun looked at him confused, "What do you mean, you don't care? It's your company!"

Kai shrugged, "Yeah, it is. But not my idea. So, now anything happens I won't care as it is not my responsibility."

Sehun held Kai's hand, "No, no! You can't do this! Please, help me out!!!"

Kai smiled, "Oh, my dear husband you want my help now? I said in the beginning, it is not a good idea. You should've believed in me then."

Sehun was angry yet calm, "You're so mean! How many times I've helped you, huh? And this is how you repay me?"

They had to whisper everything because there was chaos between both the company's employees. "Huh, repay? What do I even owe to you?"

Sehun went speechless for a moment, "Oh, right! I rescued from that drug-giving witch. How about that?"

Kai side-eyed him, "I helped out in business. We are equal."

Sehun sighed a big time, "Ah!!! You're so..!! Ah, whatever!! Okay, I will be in debt if you help me out. How about that?"

Kai finally paid attention to him, "So, you'll do whatever I ask?"

Sehun nodded furiously while hanging on to Kai's hand, "Whatever. Anything!" 

"Okay, Deal." Kai stood up, buttoning his suit but for Sehun it felt like an angel to the rescue.

"Silence!" With just one word from Kai, the whole conference room went quiet.

"I understand those who have objections. But first, listen to the whole thing. I know some of you must be thinking that you might lose your job. I, Mr. Kim Kai, assure you that no such thing would happen. Here, Mr. Sehun did mention a merger but it doesn't specifically mean we will merge both companies. What he meant to say was that we are going to extend our business by forming a new branch under both companies. This way the merger will take place."

Everyone, literally everyone took a deep breath of relief. Sehun smiled, a big problem was taken from his shoulders. Everyone clapped and cheered for this decision.

"Now that everyone knows about the wedding, I think, I'm allowed to on social media now. Anyways, jokes apart I hope this project will be in our favor and we do good and honest work. If there's any objection please feel free to ask but in a manner way." Kai ended his speech in a kind threatening way.

"Oh, my god!!! What a hectic day!!" Sehun flopped down on the sofa in his office as they came back from the conference. "I know, right!" Linda sighed and took a place.

"My phone has been blowing up with notifications after the wedding news broke out." Sehun took a look at his phone.

"I was so scared when everybody started shouting. Seriously, Mr. Kim is to the rescue as always!"

Sehun looked at her ferociously, "What do you mean by always? And I'll let you know, he wouldn't have said anything if it was not me. Huh, Mr. Kim.." He huffed while rolling his eyes.

"Boss, it's seven pm. It's time to go home." Linda stood up.

"Yeah, for you. I still have work to do. You go, take care." Sehun went to his working table. Linda bowed and went out.
