Rosa sits on a bench next to the other cheerleaders and looks at JJ, who is sitting across from her on the bleachers where all the Pogues are sitting. She then slowly grins at him, causing JJ to grin as well, eyeing her in her cheerleading uniform. Rosa turns her head to the side when Sofia nudges her as another cheerleader starts to give a speech.
"Hey everyone and welcome to the Pogues vs. Kooks football game. We are very excited to have the first game of the new school year starting today. Usually Rosalía Fernandéz does these speeches, but she asked me to do it myself today. For those who don't know me I'm Jennifer Miller" she smiles and looks around. Rosa turns her head back to JJ as she feels him literally pierce her with his eyes. She smirks and JJ grins widely at that. Rosa is so absorbed in looking at her boyfriend, yes you read that right JJ and Rosa are now officially dating, that she misses the whole speech. Since John B and Sarah disappeared, at least that's what the Pogues and Rosa tell themselves, JJ has spent every night and every day at Rosa's house. He sort of moved in with her after Gabriel asked him to stay with them, knowing himself what JJ's father is like.
Rosa turns her head to Jennifer confused when she hears her name "I also want to wish our head cheerleader Rosa a happy 17th birthday, there's a party at her house tonight so whoever wants to come is certainly welcome" she smiles at Rosa who just rolls her eyes slightly because first of all it's not her birthday until tomorrow and she's just partying today and secondly she hates Jennifer. If Sarah was here right now they both would have laughed at her, but unfortunately she's not. "Oh for those who don't know Rosa, which is probably no one. But anyway I'll show you a picture of her, so you all have her in mind" Jennifer gestures to a screen and when Rosa hears a variety of the guys whistle she looks at the screen. Rosa's eyebrows draw together as she sees a picture of herself in red lace lingerie on the screen, she looks back at Jennifer who is grinning broadly.
"You stupid cunt..." Rosa stands up and Sofia is still trying to hold her down "Rosa don't, she's not worth it-" but before Sofia can hold her down properly Rosa is already on her way to Jennifer, who is quickly trying to put the micro back in place.
"Shit..." Kie looks at Pope and JJ "we gotta get down, I know that look from Rosa" JJ nods "oh yeah.. go!" JJ is seething with anger himself, as half the town has seen his girlfriend in lingerie.
Rosa runs up to Jennifer and pulls her to the ground where she kneels over her and smacks her, "who do you think you are?!" she says angrily and the people around her start cheering and laughing. Just as Rosa is about to hit her again, she is pulled up and away by two strong arms. Rosa fidgets a bit but when she catches the familiar smell her blood freezes, she rips both arms off her stomach and turns around where she looks into Rafe's amused eyes.
"Chill Rosa, you're going to get yourself in trouble-" Rosa angrily shoves him, "Shut the fuck up, you were the one who sent Jennifer that picture! That picture is from when you and I were still together and I only sent that to you! You fucking asshole!" she shoves him again, but before she can get at him, Kie grabs her.
