I dove into the water first, I was enveloped once again by the surprising warmth of the ocean. My skin aches for this feeling, like a giant hug, and swam further out from the shore, far enough that the ocean floor was a few meters below me.

I turned around and treaded water, waiting for Tsireya, Ao'nung, and Rotxo to join me before we guided the forest Na'vi, who's last name I learned to all be Sully, deeper within the ocean to the corals below.

The others more reluctant to follow us due to the unknown of the sea, yet brave enough to comply.

Once they all joined me, we swam below the surface and into the depths of the water. The Sully's all taking a deep breath before following us.

We swam past the corals and fish, underneath some that formed arches and around the others.

The colours were incredibly bright despite the water being in the way. Looking back at the newer bunch, they were all infatuated with the sight, never have they seen anything quite like it before.

Their eyes all widening to take in as much beauty the ocean had to offer.

Unfortunately for them, they never got too close to the sea bed, which was filled with even more corals and sea-plants, as they kept having to resurface for air.

They seemed to go up for air more frequently each time they tried to hold their breath. At first lasting up to a minute, then 45 seconds, then 30, and so on and so forth.

I'm sure it got tiring for them to constantly swim up for air, just as they reached a good depth to appreciate the sea-life, so they opted to just float at the very top, allowing them to lift their heads whenever necessary.

The others all looked behind themselves to see where these new acquaintances have disappeared off to but they were no where to be found. Only when Tsireya and I pointed up towards the surface, the boys noticed how they all were collecting more air.

Of course. The Sully's weren't used to holding their breath for that long. They didn't need to in the Forrest. In fact, their only time they lacked air was when soaring through the sky above the clouds where oxygen levels fell.

I saw Rotxo sign to Ao'nung how weak their stupid Forrest lungs are. Both boys laughed but Ao'nung soon stopped when he noticed how hurt I had gotten. They forget I am one of them, a forest Na'vi, so any insults thrown their way, also land a hit towards myself. However I adapted to breath holds when I was a child. They just need practice, so it was unfair of the boys to even comment on their lungs.

I swam away before further watching Rotxo and Ao'nung talk, not wanting to hear their insults to the Sully family, which also were insults to myself.

As I reached the surface, none had greeted my appearance seeing as their heads remained in the water watching Tsireya who signed for them to follow her.

Seeing as they couldn't understand what she was saying and their lung capacity was struggling so they definitely couldn't follow her, they once again resurfaced.

This time, noticing me in their presence.

"Are you alright?" I questioned the family.

"Yes sorry, we just haven't got the lung capacity," stated Neteyam while treading water.

I gave a sympathetic look his way. He gave me a slight downturned smile while his brother just rolled his eyes.

The others reached the surface too and also questioned if anything was wrong. This time Tuk whined in response.
