𝐍𝐞𝐲𝐦𝐚𝐫'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕

I was sitting with my girlfriend and my godchildren when I received a call from an unknown number on my cell phone.At first I ignored it.I thought it was just journalists or something like that.But the person who picked me up insisted and made me pick it up.

"Who is this?"I answered the phone with a angry voice.

"Good evening,I'm calling from Manchester Royal Infirmary.A girl named Irina Theodoridi has been involved in a tragic car accident. Apparently,she rear-ended her car while speeding.You were the closest person we could find to her.The situation she is critical,please if someone can come to the hospital immediately, thank you."Cold sweat was starting to wash over me as I felt numb all over the body.The only thing I could feel at that moment was my heart which was beating like crazy.

"W-What?What do-do you mean?Is she o-okay?"

"Sir,please attend here as soon as possible." The call ended.

"Merda! Merda! Merda!" I started panicking and screaming.

"Ney,what happened?"Bruna asked me calmly.

"I-Irina is in hospital.Something happened to her."

"What?What happened?"Bruna started to panic.

"I don't know Bruna!I have to go.You stay here with the kids okay?Just inform Kylian and Sophia."I ordered her and I ran out the door.

𝟐 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑.

In my panic I forgot my mobile home.I don't even know what time it is.I ask every doctor I see about Irina's condition.They all tell me that her condition is critical,that she is in surgery and they don't know yet.Nobody hasn't shown up yet.I wonder where the hell Kylian is,why isn't he here yet?The whole time I'm here I'm trying to reassure myself that everything will be fine and at the same time I'm praying for her.A few minutes later I see Sophia and Kylian running towards me.When they reached me they both started asking different things obviously stressed,before I could even answer their questions,the doctor interrupted them.

"Just tell me that she is going to be okay."Sophia said to him and started to cry.The doctor with a desperate look tried to explain to us.

"I understand your concern.But please,I want her to stay calm.As you already know,Irina's condition is critical.We don't know if she will live or die.She has just come out of surgery which thank god went very well for her.She has a lot of internal bleeding in many parts of her body and our difficulty getting her out of the car created a big problem.Miss Irina had exceeded the speed limit and crashed with another car,as a result of which her car overturned twice,checked by the neighboring shops' cameras.She has been unconscious for many hours.She has fallen into a coma, however we have enough hope.We will try until the end.Her skin color after the surgery has returned and she is now able to breathe on her own.But unfortunately I have some bad news.The baby couldn't make it.I'm sorry but the baby is lost."

"W-wait what?What baby?"Kylian asked and took some steps in front of us.

"Irina has been pregnant for three weeks now."The doctor added.I turned and looked at Sophia and she at me,we were both in shock.

"At the moment you cannot see her.I will inform you of the latest.Courage."The doctor added and disappeared from our sight.Me and Sophia are making panicky movements as we mumble different things.I sit on a chair and turn my gaze to look for Kylian who has stayed in the exact same position he was sitting in when he was talking to the doctor,not moving at all.I shook him several times but he didn't understand anything,as if he was frozen.I got up and got in front of him.

"Calm down,bro.It's going to be alright."I tried to calm him and I hugged him.

"I put a baby inside her and she lost it.And it's my fault."he replied.He doesn't move or blink his eyes.It's kinda creepy.

"What?"Sophia asked as soon as she heard his words.She got up from her chair and started walking towards us."What do you mean it's your fault?"I didn't pay attention to his words. I ignored them because I thought he was just saying them in his panic.But it seems that Soph knows more than me.Kylian didn't answer,he just closed his eyes and tears started to roll down his cheeks of.Wow.I haven't seen him like that before.After a few seconds he started speaking.

"Ever since I started visiting my kids more often,Irina and I have had a complicated relationship.We still make love.Just before she got married to Marcus,the same thing happened.We never use precautions.And I always end up inside her.This week she started behaving strangely.She kept throwing up,passing out and stuff like these,exactly the same symptoms as she had in her first pregnancy.This morning, she got up to go to work.As far as I know,after work she had an appointment with the doctor. So Irina came home very early,I don't even know why.And she found me in her bed in her own house fucking another woman.We had a really bad fight and she left the house.After a few hours Bruna called me.And now,here we are."
Sophia started yelling at him.I was trying to process his words.I clenched my fists and took a deep breath.Kylian is my brother for life.But so is Irina.She doesn't deserve this,she deserves the whole world.Kylian knows that Irina would give anything for him,even her own life,and she's taking advantage of that.Kylian I'm sorry bro,but you are not real. I grabbed Soph by the shoulder trying to get her to stop squealing in her ear-splitting voice,I know whatever she was telling him was right but I can handle it better myself.Sophia turned and looked at me and I just nodded at her.She continued to cry softly as she took a few steps back.I grabbed Kylian's shoulder who is now looking me in the eyes.

"You know you are my brother for life,huh?" I said to him calmly.Before he could even answer I punched him in the face causing him to fall down.I climbed on top of him and continued to punch him hard.He may be my brother but I do not accept him treating the mother of his children like this.This woman teaches his children every day to respect,love and all the things that he is not able to do.I know their love is lightning fast but I can't understand why he acts like a jerk.But it's okay,as long as he acts like that,I'm here to show him that he understands.Either he will show respect to women or he will act like a jerk and eat them from me.
