7 am. My alarm went off and i got up to have a shower and get ready. I dried and curled my hair then did my makeup and put on a cute outfit. By time i had finished getting ready it was like 8:30 so i sat in my room watching tv and scrolling on my phone. I decided i was gonna leave at like 10:45 so i would be at Fin's at 11. I gathered all the stuff i got him which was his favourite sweets and chocolate and tickets to movie we have both been wanting to see. I walk downstairs in attempt to leave without anyone noticing. And it was successful until i started to unlock to door and someone grabbed my shoulders and turned me around. "Where do you think you're going?" Nick asked me. To which i replied "Out. I'll be back later." He raised his eyebrows and said "Y/n, do you really think i'm that stupid? It's valentines day and you have a present in your hand and you're trying to sneak out, i know you're going to see a boy." I sighed and said "Yes i am but please don't tell Matt or Chris cuz they will kill me." He laughed a little and said "I promise i won't but only if you tell me two things. What's his name and how old is he?" I thought 'yeh i can tell him that and then Chris and Matt won't know' but then i remembered that he was 17. I'll just say he's 15 and boom, it's ok. "His name is Fin and he's 15." Nick smiled and said "Ok. Have fun but not too much fun and text me when you are on your way home!" I hugged him and thanked him for not telling Chris or Matt and i left to go to Fin's house. I knocked on his front door and his mum answered. She invited me in ad hugged me. She looked... worried? I brushed it off and walked up to Fin's room and opened the door. What. The actual. Fuck. My best friend of 8 years was sat on his lap while he kissed her neck. I fought back tears as they both looked up and jumped away from each other. Nikki tried to talk to me "Y/n i'm so sorry i swear it's not what it looks like." Fin the spoke up and said "Yeh it's not what it looks like! Baby i'm sorry." I looked at both of them and said "Nicola, how could you do this to me? And Fin, we're done! Both of you never talk to me again!" I threw the present i got Fin in the bin and ran out the house. I didn't have the energy to fight back the tears anymore and i just sat by a tree sobbing. I sat there and cried for hours. Memories of me  and Nikki flooded through my head but one stayed in my head and wouldn't go away. It was more of the feeling that stayed with me. I know i said i would never do it but i walked to a dodgy corner shop. I looked at the guy at the till with tear stained cheeks. I asked for a vape and he gave it to me. He didn't ask for and ID, he just gave it to me after i paid of course. I can't believe i'm actually doing this.
