-Tonowari POV-
I gathered all the people for the announcement. I was worried about how they will react due to the story of the Na'vi from the mountains being merciless and ready to kill anyone for any reason. My ex-mate, Ronal, will be the most hostile due to someone from the mountains killing her father, but I believed that this is a sign from Eywa. I hope that the people will accept her. She is my soulmate and I've been looking for her every since me and Ronal separated. Once all the members gathered to hear what I had to say, I began. "My people! I have news. I have found my soulmate as she took down an akula by herself with her bare hands." They were whispering among themselves wondering why she could do that, but Ronal knew why. I saw her Ronal's face turn into a face of anger. "You brought someone from the mountains to the clan! You know what they are capable of! She is a danger to the clan!"
The people looked at each other worried about why the their Olo'eyktan would bring someone so dangerous to the clan. "She is not like how they were describe to us as we grew up. It is said that those from the mountains never ask for help or leave the mountains. She asked for help while me and two other warriors were out hunting. She wasn't as prideful as they are said to be." "That doesn't matter! She doesn't deserve to be here! She is too dangerous!" "We can send her away if she proves to be too dangerous, but I would at least like to know about her because she is my soulmate." I looked at Ronal with subtle pleading eyes, so she was the only one that noticed. "So be it, but do know that if she brings bad things to the clan it is on your head." With that Ronal turned away and left.
After I dismissed the people, I went to check on my soulmate. I was anxious to leave her alone for too long. I need to hurry back or she might get scared due waking up in a new place.
-Kausiwa-
I opened my eyes and saw the roof of a weird pod. What?! Where am I?! Who brought my here?! As I was panicking, I heard someone approaching. A tall man entered the pod and saw that I was scared. He tried to approach me, but I hissed at him. He stopped moving and I stopped hissing. "I won't hurt you. I just want to know how you are feeling. I saw you when I was out hunting with two men from my clan." He had a warm smile while looking at me, and it calmed mt anxiety for some reason. "I...thirsty." My voice it sounds so bad. I blushed in embarrassment at how my voice sounded. I saw saw him moving to grab a container and slowly approach me.
-Tonowari-
"I...thirsty." When I saw her blush, I thought that it was cute. She looks cute when she's embarrassed. I wonder what her other expressions look like. I walked over to a flask of freshwater and grabbed it. I made sure to move slow as to not startle her. I made my way over to her and crouched in front of her and held out the flask to her. "This is water that you can drink. Take it. It will help your throat." I saw her giving the water a skeptical look and gave her an encouraging smile. She took it and drank it. She gave me a small smile. "Thank you. What is you name? Are you the one that wore orange?" I smiled at her questions. "I am Tonowari. Yes, I was the one wearing orange. May I know your name, and how you get to akula infested waters?"
"My name is Kausiwa, and I woke up in a forest with no memories but my name. I was chased by some creatures and ended up at a ledge. I decided to jump into the water below the ledge. I swam in the sea during the storm and was chased by what you called an akula I believe. I found an underwater cave and swam into it. I found an air pocket and saw it had land that I could rest on, so I fell asleep there. When I woke up, I dived into the water to find help. I saw a beam of light from underwater and swam to it. I looked around and saw you and the two other men. I was really happy to find someone, but then the akula came and forced me to have to go underwater. I swam a lot faster than during the storm. The akula slammed me into a rock pillar and I clawed at its mouth, so it would release some pressure. When it did, my body moved on its own and I killed it. I felt really bad for killing it, so I prayed that it would find peace. After that exhaustion set in, I fainted and only saw orange." She has no memories. That made me sad and caused me to frown. I saw her tilt her head and give my a worried look. I gave her a warm smile. "Sorry. I just felt sad for you." "Why?" "Because you are a beautiful woman with no memory of her past."
She blushed when I called beautiful, and it made me chuckle. She's fun to tease. She looked at me with a pout. "Why are you laughing at me?" "You are adorable when you blush and fun to tease." That statement made her frown. I should tell her about the mark on her hand. "Do you know what the matching mark on our right hands mean?" She looked at our right hands and shook her head. "It mean that we are soulmates. We are destined to be with each other." "How did we end up destined to each other?" "Eywa paired us up because we were the best suited for each other." She gave me a confused look. "Who is Eywa?"
She doesn't know who Eywa is either? "Eywa is the great mother and protects our planet and the balance of our planet." "Oh, okay." She looked at me with a curious look. "What is your position in the clan? You seemed to be the only one wearing orange." "I am the Olo'eyktan." She looked at me in awe when I said that. "The Olo'eyktan of this clan is good looking." I was shocked by the statement that she said, and she blushed a dark purple. She took a deep breath in to calm down, but she still had a light purple tint. "Will I stay in this clan since I am your soulmate?" "Yes. You will also live in my marui with me and my children." "You have children?" "Yes from my previous mate, but she left me." She frowned when I said that. "Well, it's her loss, and you are mine now." She looked proud about what she said and it made my have a light purple tint on my cheeks. She gave me a big smile upon seeing my face, and it made me laugh. "Why don't I show you to our home?" "Okay."
