Silverblade sat in the kitchen. She was going over fabric samples with the others. They were all on face time with one another. Kao walked into the kitchen. "We would look so good in these. But are we really going to go full hood?" Koko asked, questioning the idea. "Well maybe we could do both. So we could have options. You know what I mean?" Rohan said, getting a nod from everyone.

"Silverblade what are you doing?" Kao asked, glaring down at her. "Fabric sample." Silverblade said. She had tones of them in front of her. The others had fallen quiet. "I can see that, what are you doing with them?" He asked, his town growing darker. "So now all of a sudden you care about what I'm doing?" Kao pulled Silverblade's hair.

"Do not talk to your father like that!" He growled. Silverblade glared at him. "Your not my father. If you were you would of payed attention to me all these years." Silverblade hissed. Kao stood there, silent. This was the first time he didn't have a come back.

He turned on his heels and left. "Well that was something." Sora said, leaning back in her chair. "Oh shut it will you!!" Ash shouted. Silverblade smiled at there bickering. "I guess this is what family normally do." She said to herself.

It was dark outside. Silverblade had migrated to the living room. She was making measurements with Lana. She had come over to get her ninja outfits done. She sat across from Silverblade watching as she did her work.

Zera came down the stares with one of the triplets. "I didn't know you had a friend over. Lana narrowed her eyes. "Ya, she just wanted me to make something for her." Lana rolled her eyes. Silverblade had offered to make there outfits. Zera smiled happily. "Well don't forget to eat something." She said, before walking into the kitchen.

"So that's the new mom?" Lana asked, still staring a Zera. "Leave it be." Silverblade said, poking her self with the needle. "You okay?" Lana looked worried. "Ya, why wouldn't I be?" Silverblade smiled. "Your mom got replaced, your dad had three other kids. Your never even noticed. It's like your a ghost in this family." Lana was telling the truth. Silverblade didn't really have a place anymore.

"Family doesn't always mean blood. Family is with the people who love you and would give there life for you." Silverblade said, remembering the words her mother had once told her when she was younger. "You are to good for this world." Lana said, shaking her head.

Silverblade gathers up all her supplies. She had gotten one outfit done, now twenty seven more to go.

Silverblade walked into the kitchen, getting a glass of water. Zera looked up from the baby. "Since your here, why don't you meet Locus." Silverblade almost choked on her water. She turned her head around. "What?" She had completely blanked out. "Come meet your brother." Zera held out her hand.

Silverblade walked closer to the toddler. She looked at him. There wasn't anything special about him, he just looked like every other baby. When Silverblade was born, she had white hair, witch made he stand out. "Isn't he adorable?" Zera looked up towards Silverblade.

She had no words. She didn't see what Zera saw in Locus. She couldn't tell why he was so special to everyone. "Sweetheart, is everything all right?" Zera said, placing a hand on Silverblade's shoulder. Silverblade jumped back. "Don't call me that." Silverblade mumbled.

"Sweetie what's wrong?!" Zera looked concerned and confused. "I said don't call me that!" Silverblade shouted. Locus started to cry. "Look what you did. You made your brother cry." Zera instantly picked him up. When ever she had cried as a kid she would get hit and told 'girls aren't supposed to look ugly, so wipe your face!'

"He is not my brother! He's my step brother. You will never be my mom and he will never be my brother!" Silverblade roared. Locus was crying even harder now. "Young lady, your grounded!!" Zera shouted back.

"You don't have that kind of authority over me, Zera!!" Silverblade stormed past her. Kao was coming in from work. "Sweetie where are you going?" He asked, as Silverblade stormed out. "To a family that loves me!!" She shouted. Kao stood there speechless. Did his own daughter not considered him family?
