Tolkien POV:

I got a glimpse of Kyle's texts. 'I don't know...' was he not comfortable with me? If so, then why did he go on this date with me in the first place? I grabbed his shoulder.

"Are you ok?" I asked

"What do you mean?" Kyle stuttered

"Did...you want to go on this date with me?"

"Of course! What are you saying?"

"Kyle, you don't have to lie, it's fine. You can be honest with me."

I watched as he sat there in thought for a moment. I leaned in and kissed his cheek.

"Atleast let's finish the movie, ok?" I said

Minutes go by, and the movie finished. Kyle and I walked out of the theater. We were standing by the movie posters then all of a sudden, Kyle kissed my cheek. I looked at him confused.

"Thank you" he said

"For what??"

"I know I might have seemed uncomfortable, but I didn't mean to make it seem like your fault. I've been lost in thought for a bit."

"It's fine! No problem at all. Would you be willing to get dinner with me as well then?"

Kyle nodded and smiled. I looked over at a poster, showing a President.

"Hey, isn't there a class President thing going on? You should run for it!" I shouted

"Me?"

"Yea! You're good at leading, and I'd vote for you."

"I don't know if I'm really fit for that."

     I kissed Kyle's hand.

"I think you would."

Kyle's POV:

I smiled at Tolkien and agreed. Then, I got another text from Stan.

"How's it going"
