[Tyler's pov] (he isn't evil, just a teenage boy that got mixed up with the wrong crowd)

[Right after Luz left]

I was about to deliver Enid's after - school daily coffee to her cabin when I saw a young Latina, about 15/16 leaving her dorm, waving goodbye to someone in there. I saw a girl with midnight black hair, and a complexion I had never seen before. She had a smirk on her face, without actually smiling. I walked up to her, slightly red in the face, captivated by her beauty, and stuttered; "Coffee for Enid Sinclair. She-she paid beforehand."

With a nod, she took it and closed the door in my face. I stared through the window to watch her set it on the island and then turn, looking past me, and then jerking her head back to stare right at me, before taking a large kitchen knife out of the drawer and walking quickly towards the door. I decided to run away at that point.

[Enid's Pov]

I left Yoko's cabin, connected my headphones to my phone and then started to walk towards to mine, putting on my favourite album, 'Life in Cartoon Motion' (it's fruity, like me, but people don't need to know that) and then after a few minutes I suddenly saw Tyler, my coffee deliverer, running away from my cabin, tripping over the stones under the snow. When I made my way over to my cabin see what he was running from, I saw Wednesday in the kitchen putting something away. "Hey, he just delivered your coffee. It's still hot." She told me, as though she hadn't just scared someone half to death with what I assumed was a knife.

"Uh, hey, I saw Tyler running away, what did you do-"
"I saw him just staring through the window so I showed him my smallest knife to scare him. If I showed him my biggest knife, he wouldn't have working legs to run away from me with, they would either stop working, or he would just drop dead out of fear. Both have happened in its presence." Wednesday replied dryly, as though it was 100% normal to actually scare someone to death.
"Oh, uh, I was told by the headmaster of Hexide to give you your timetable, and Luz's roommate is meant to give her hers." I thought for a second "why was Tyler staring throught the window?"

"He likes me."
"What?!"
"He finds me 'attractive'", she said, doing air quotes. "He laid eyes on me and went extremely red, and stuttered. Honestly, there must be hundreds of girls at his school, and he goes for the one who just arrived. Wonder what his backstory is..."
"Go for it! There's always tons of girls that are all over him all the time! You're for sure make them jelly!" I told Wednesday. She looked horrified, but she also looked like that was the funniest thing she had ever heard.

"I'm not interested in that. I want someone whose reliable in every way, someone who can stare death in the face, and just make them more fearless. Not someone who stares through the window at me and runs away at the sight of me with a kitchen knife. Wait, why are we even talking about this?" She then got up, walked towards her room and closed the door once she walked in. I still could hear her migraine-inducing typewriter, but it was faint, so I didn't mind. I turned on the TV, and started to ponder whether or not I should watch YouTube, open Netflix and watch "Friday", or Disney+ and watch "The Animal House."

~end of chapter~

Sorry for the abrupt ending, I just randomly lost interest in writing, which usually doesn't stop me, but I was also wanting to get this chapter out today.

See you in a few days, BYEEEE
