Chapter 19

Meilin's POV

I've been looking around the school, and ran into some really cool anime characters on the way. I still can't believe I was one of the people that were chosen for this job.

I guess you can call it a job...

Anyways, I've met some characters I don't even know...And I try to sound smart in front of them. No. It doesn't really work.

I get up from my bed and get dressed in a band tee, jeans, and combat boots. The casual.

They treat me and the other girls that were accepted like family...except for the evil characters. Like Annie. It doesn't make sense, I'm the one guarding her gate!

And she doesn't even thank me?!

Wow.

But there's this one antagonist that I see one of the other girls talk with. It's weird. Hmmm, what's his name? Beanie? Benny? Byoo?

"Hey Meilin," I turn around and see Quynn,"Hey." I wave at her.

"So what's up?"

"Oh, just thinking..." I reply,

"About what?" She asks,

"That one guy you talk with, what's his name again? Beanie? Booboo? Ben?" I look to her for the answer, and she's about to explode out of laughter.

"It's-" She takes a breather,"-B-Byakuran...!"

"Ooohhhhhh...oh yeah, welp, that's it. I'm gonna go, see ya!" I wave good bye to her.

I walk around the school, enjoying the time I had here. I think Levi said we were only gonna be here for summer...or was it every summer?

I don't know.

But even though this is school, it's the best school I've ever been to. Anime characters as teachers, my favorite part. And 3d-gear training is actually really easy if you have balance.

Hand-to-hand combat is truly my favorite, I've been learning this knife fighting style lately.

It comes in hand by...a lot.

"Oi. Brat."

I would know that voice anywhere, I turn to face him on the heel of my boot. "Yes, Levi?" I ask the short man, but only an idiot would say that out loud.

"You're 3d-maneuver gear training is splendid, over the average score. You have to advance into the honor class."

He says with a poker face.

Absolutely no emotion.

Well that's Lance Corporal Levi Ackerman for you.

I pretend to think about it,"Yeah, okay." And after, I solute and turn to leave.
