When their teacher asked the students to find a perfect partner for their lab class, Jimin already expect to find himself being alone again... No one ever tried to ask him to be their lab partner or groupmate due to the fact that Jimin became Jungkook's special someone... It is no surprise that they will treat him as an outcast who leech his way to the Jeon's only son...

So when Jaehyun stood up from his seat and approached him, Jimin looks at him as if he's talking gibberish... The smaller's expression changed from surprised to teary eyed, as he finally found someone who could help him with work... Most of their classmates found Jaehyun as a hopeless case, as he intentionally choose Jimin over anyone else...

"You doesn't seem happy the first time you saw me choosing you as my lab partner... Did I do something wrong?" Jaehyun asked, sitting beside Jimin.

"No you didn't... Actually I just find it hard to understand why you choose me over those girls who clearly have interest in you..." Jimin looks down. "For sure it will be more fun to hang out with them than with me..."

Jaehyun side eyed those girls whose busy talking about them... He already knew what kind of girls they are, considering the way they act towards him... They will throw themselves willingly just to have a trophy boyfriend in their arm span... So disgusting!
"Hey Jimin-ah, are they always treating you as if you're a nobody?"

Jimin hums. "It's getting normal now, Jaehyun-ssi... The intensity of their bullying towards me subside a little, most especially now that they are cautious with the fact that I'm close with Jungkook-hyung... Before, they almost cut my hair just because 'I'm an eyesore' to our class..."

Jaehyun clenched his fist upon hearing those words from Jimin. But why do he feel so affected? They just met today, but the idea of wanting to protect the smaller is somehow overwhelming...
"Don't worry Jimin-ah, from now on you have me... No one will ever lay their hands on you without broken bones..."

Jimin shook his head. "There's no better way than to let them be... Violence will never be the answer for another violence... I'm fine now, Jaehyun-ssi... I'm just glad I met you, Jungkook-hyung and Taetae- hyung, Namjoon-hyung and Jin-hyung... Now, I don't feel scared anymore..."

The taller pet Jimin's head and smiled a little. "How can you still be so good to those people who hurt you? Is that an inborn talent?"
