Jungkook rushed to the hospital as soon as he heard from his bestfriend that Jimin fainted earlier that day... If you ask him if he's terrified? Then the answer is nothing but obvious... The excruciating time that he spent driving his car to the hospital is enough to realize how worried he is towards his lover...

Once Jungkook arrived where Jimin is currently resting, he found Jaehyun, together with his friends looking at him with unknown expression... The smaller is resting peacefully in his own bed, too beautiful for someone who felt sick this morning...
It is also the same time for his doctor to check on the latter to confirm his condition if ever there is something wrong about him...

Jungkook is bitting his lower lip when the doctor took his liberty to tell them the real condition of the smaller... Not gonna lie, they were terrified for the results, as they didn't know if Jimin temporary blindness worsen as time goes by...
The taller is even bracing himself for what might happen, until the doctor told him something that made his heart skipped a beat...

"Patient Park is alright, he just need some rest... And as for his eyes..." The doctor cleared his throat. "Our patient maybe able to regain his vision once he woke up..."

Fucking finally!

"So it means, he can finally go back to school without the fear of not being able to see?" Jungkook asked.

"Oh yes. In fact, once he regain his vision, he can go back to his old self as if nothing happened..." The doctor said while smiling. "Patient Park is like a ball of kindness and love, so I'm already expecting the people around him rejoicing with this good news..."

Jaehyun smiled while gently patting the top of Jimin's hand...
His prayers are answered, so it's time for him to let go of his feelings completely.

"Back on that day, I prayed nonstop to anyone listening to me in heaven just for your safety, even if I had to completely forget my feelings for you in return... Now that you're okay, I'm okay too... At least Jungkook-hyung is here to take care of you..." He sighs heavily while having his thoughts.
"I just don't know how will I able to pretend that my feelings for you never existed in the first place... I know it will hurts a lot, but I can overcome it for you..."
Jaehyun smiled weakly as he hide his teary eyes. "I love you so much, Jimin-ah... Thank you for being the reason of my changes... Maybe in our next life, you'll be able to find your way to me... Maybe we'll have our own happy ending... But for now, I'll let you go, together with the person you truly love..."

Jungkook saw Jaehyun petting his lover's head before leaving his side... He seems as if he was about to cry, yet he stilled himself to convince everyone that he's okay.

"Hyung... Please take good care of Jimin from now on..." Jaehyun smiled sadly.

"Of course I will... You don't have to worry about that..." Jungkook replied. "I'll make sure to give him all the stars and universe combined if he ask me to..."

The younger snorted. "Corny but sweet, but thank you..."

"I'm doing it for my angel, so you don't have to thank me..." Jungkook chuckled. "Let's make Jimin the happiest always..."

"Sure..."

{A few months later after the incident...}

Jimin looks so happy upon hearing the news about their school's incoming prom... If his lover would ask him to be his date for that special occasion, (despite the fact that he's only freshman) he will surely agree to him without second thoughts...

So when the older ask him to join him in the cafeteria for lunch, Jimin could only shake his head and laugh. They always eat lunch together, so what could be the difference between now and before? Maybe Jungkook has something important to tell, so who he is to say no, right?

"Guess I should ask Jungkook-hyung about his plans for the prom..." Jimin muttered under his breath while adjusting the strap of his bag.

This will be the last prom for Jungkook who happens to be in his senior year, so why not make it special right?
