Heavy footsteps slapping on the marble floor of the Choi mansion was all that could be heard.
The place was empty except for Taehyung. He had managed to get rid of everyone to finally be free to put the final touches to his plan.
He had been keeping the sibling prisoner for a month now. Every day he repeated his tortures with methodical and practically surgical precision. He went to the basement at the same time every day.
Starting with the ice water jet alarm clocks, then starting his work on Lin leaving Kris free to watch his sister being tortured, cut and screamed for two long hours, leaving him all the time to fear what Taehyung might do to him next.
Once tired of his toy, Taehyung automatically turns to his favorite. The tortures on Kris are much deeper and more degrading than on Lin, indeed even if time passes, Kris is the person who has made his baby suffer the most and he takes particular pleasure in subjecting him to the same pain multiplied by thousand.
But today will be the last day of this series of torture. Today is the day he is done with them, with the pain, the revenge and the day he will finally join his baby. Today is his baby's birthday.
Taehyung has already planned everything, yesterday he went to get the rings he had ordered a week before. Two promise rings. He would have loved to propose to Jungkook so much, He would have liked to see his eyes widen, his embarrassed smile .... when he proposed to him. Alas this is no longer possible so when he is done with the monsters in the basement, he will finally visit the grave of his baby and he will end his life there in order to be with him forever.
Anyway, after all he's done to the sibling, he has no chance of a normal life. And even if no one ever found out what he did to them, he lost the only person who mattered to him.
The day seems perfect. wandering around the house with a glass of whiskey in hand, he makes sure that no one is present one last time.
After ten minutes of checking, he finally goes to the basement.

Kris growls as she tries to lift his head in an effort to look at his assailant.
-Oh don't be so moody, I will give you your freedom today, you should thanks me. Taehyung tell him smirking.
-A...a..re you g..oi..ng to.. se..t us..fr..ee? Lin tries to articulate with her broken jaw and missing teeth
- Kind of ! He answer her winking
- You're going to kill us ?! Kris spit with the last strengh he had.
- BINGO ! Taehyung laughed devilishly.
