Ella's heart was still beating fast as she left the restaurant. She still couldn't believe that she was now dating the Christian Yu. It still felt like she was walking on air. Christian stepped out from the glass door of the restaurant from behind her.
"I'll see you tonight after the concert?" He looked as cool as ever. His dark hair fell over his eyesand his black leather jacket hung loosely on him.Even though she couldn't see the tattoos under his sleeves, she was very aware of their presence. Somehow, he looked relaxed and this had her wondering if he feels as jittery as shedid. For her, this was her dream but he still held his composure and maintained his cool,level-headed bad-boy image.
"Yes, I'll be there." She smiled. She was probably overthinking this. Of course, he wasn't nearlyas excited as she was. She wanted to jump around and scream her heart out to keep it from bursting with joy. Ella decided it would be wise to leave before she actually ended up doing thatin front of him. She said her goodbyes and rushed back home.
Christian made his way back to the hotel he was staying at. He was slightly confused by her sudden departure. Had he said something wrong? Was he too cold? But then again, it was unfair to expect her to still behave with him the way they did when they were younger. For themost part, he was just glad he got to see her again tonight. He could have the entire world scream for him but to know Ella would also be there watching him at the concert had him excited.
