Soobin had dozed off, and Mira patiently waited for him to wake up, sitting by his side. She found herself captivated by his face, not feeling the least bit bored. In a soft mutter, she voiced her thoughts, "Why is it that everyone can remember everything except for me?"

"Because you're the main character," Soobin whispered.

"Huh! You didn't sleep?" Mira was surprised.

"I slept well, but I could still hear you."

"Oh... How are you feeling now?"

"Not well, actually."

Concerned, Mira gently placed her hand on his forehead. "Why is your temperature still high? What should I do?"

"Don't panic. Just stay here with me."

"I'm going to call Yeonjun Oppa." Mira got up and attempted to call Yeonjun, but he didn't answer, likely due to being in class. So she sent him a quick message. After half an hour, Yeonjun called back.

"Mira-ya!"

"Oppa, can you please come home right now? I'm with Soobin Oppa. He has a high fever."

"Okay, I'm coming."

Yeonjun hurriedly made his way to Soobin's room. Placing his hand on Soobin's forehead, he exclaimed, "Shit! You have a high fever. I'm going to call Dad."

"Your dad?" Mira asked in surprise.

"Yes, he's a doctor."

Yeonjun called his father and asked him to come to their house immediately. His father arrived and examined Soobin, prescribing some medicine. As he was about to leave, he pulled Yeonjun aside and said, "Yeonjun-a, can I talk to you in private?"

Yeonjun nodded.

"I don't understand why you made the decision to live with your friends to avoid your mom. She is hurt now. I believe she has realized her mistake and wants to meet you."

"Appa, you love her so much. That's your problem. And I don't want to see her again. That's it."

"Yeonjun, listen! Beomgyu's and Soobin's dads are my best friends. We are like a family. But that doesn't mean our sons can live together when they are not adults yet. You boys can live together once you have established yourselves at a minimum level. You know what I mean. It's not about money. You know money is not a problem for us. It's about your own family. The three of you have your own families who miss you."
