The Rain

Soobin exclaimed loudly in the middle of the road, "Mira, I'm still too weak to run." Mira halted but refused to turn around. Soobin slowly approached her, and as the rain began to fall, he gazed at her, yearning to place his hand on her shoulder. However, he restrained himself and positioned himself in front of her. He took off his jacket, wrapping it around Mira's back, and then firmly held her hand, pulling her towards a nearby bus station. With a deep voice, he spoke, 

"It's raining, and for the first time, I despise it. Because you're attempting to conceal your tears within the rain." 

Mira looked at him intently and uttered, "I have to go." 

Soobin's grip on her hand remained steadfast. Upon hearing her words, he tightened his hold even further and insisted, "You do love me, Mira." 

"No, I don't," she replied. 

Soobin held her hand firmly, refusing to let go, and declared, 

"You may think I cannot understand others, and it's true that I can't read minds. But I know you."

 "Can I please have my hand back?" Mira requested.

 "No, not until I hear the truth." 

"What I said was true. I don't deserve someone like you who has everything... and treat her better." 

"She did it on purpose. It's a feeble excuse to avoid me. You know what's on my mind." 

"Soobin ssi, let's talk later. I need to sleep." With that, she withdrew her hand from his grasp. And gave his jacket to him and left. Soobin didn't stop her and let himself be wet in the rain again.

Mira started to cry as soon as she locked her front door, she let herself lying on the floor. And that time an unknown contact called her, she wiped her eyes and received it.

"Hello?"

"It's Suji."

Mira didn't know what to say. So she remain silent.

"Can you please come to the school early tomorrow? I need to tell you something."

"Why would I? I don't even know you well."

"But I know you and you know me too in past life. In this life, I've become Beomgyu's elder twin. I know Beomgyu sees you like a little sister. You get along with him. So, tell me will you come to meet me now?"

"I'll try."

"I know. You will. Good night!"

Mira stopped crying and went to her room and started to think about Soobin again unconsciously. All of a sudden a thing came to her mind that Soobin might be standing in front of her house again. Then she went to the balcony but she didn't find him. 

The next day, Yeonjun and Beomgyu eagerly awaited Mira's arrival so they could go to school together. However, she didn't show up, leaving them puzzled. After waiting for a while, they decided to leave. They attempted to reach her by phone, but she didn't answer. Soobin, who had an important early morning meeting with Jungkook, arrived at the scene. He hadn't yet revealed the secret about Moon Entertainment to his best friends, but he planned to do so soon. Meanwhile, Mira had arrived at school early to meet Suji. As she was about to enter the school, she spotted Suji waving at her.

"I knew you would come," Suji exclaimed, running towards Mira and embracing her. Mira was taken aback by the sudden display of affection.

"We can talk here, right?" Suji pointed to a nearby bench.

Mira nodded.

"Mira, in my past life, I was Three Choi's cousin, and Beomgyu is now my younger sibling," Suji confessed. "Back then, I had a huge crush on Soobin, but I sacrificed my love. Nevertheless, I still love him and want him in my life. What you witnessed yesterday was true. He is genuinely caring. You see, he may appear cold, but he loves helping everyone. That's why people are drawn to him. But I hold a special place in his heart. I heard he is close to you since you and Sunghoon work together on the same team. So, please help me. He's too shy to express his feelings for me..."
