Minho's pov
"Fry is a good cook."
Newt said.

We were eating dinner now with my homies Newt, Thomas, Gally, Zart, Winston, and Ben, of course.
I'm pretty close with all of them even though Ben is my best friend.

I was not really paying attention to their conversation, I was busy thinking about the new girl that came up a week ago.
She is pretty, and I feel something different for her.
Something I have never felt before since I got into the Glade, at least.
I think that I surely what to get to know her.

I'll ask Thomas, I guess, since he is dating teresa, he knows more about this stuff than I do.

"Hey, Minho, what is your opinion on that?"
Zart asked.

Jeff and Clint now joined our table.

"On what?" I asked.

"You didn't pay attention, did you?" Newt continued.

"I was thinking about the maps."
I answered.

"About the maps or the new girl?"
Ben questioned.

"He definitely likes Y/N." Gally said.

"It's just the maps."

"Anyway, we were talking about frypan's food. We asked you what you thought about it." Zart admitted.

"Newt, Gally, and I think it's good. On the other hand, Ben and Zart thought the opposite. " Thomas said.

"It's delicious."
I said.

They kept talking, but I didn't pay attention again.
I saw Y/N from the corner of my eye talking with Chuck and Teresa.
She looked gorgeous, with this face and eyes. And her body. She makes me feel weak.
I need to get to know her.
I decided to talk to Thomas afterward.

Y/N's pov
"So you like him?" Teresa asked.

"Yeah, I think I do." I replied.

"I knew you would like him. I just knew it." Chuck confessed, feeling excited.

"We got to do something about that." Teresa said.

"What if you guys talk tomorrow when you run the maze."
Chuck suggested.

Yeah, I'm really good at running. Even though I haven't been long around here, the Gladers noticed soon enough that I was made for this job, just like Minho did.

"Great idea, Chuck."
He gave me a high five.

"You could try to get to know him, see his reactions when you talk, where he is looking at, if he is interested in continuing the conversation, and if what he says about himself match to your interests. Just to be sure. In the end, when you guys will be done with the run and mapping the maze, if everything has worked out well, hug him.
When he leaves, try to look out for any signs like, for example, if he looks back to you one last time." Teresa explained.

"Woah, that was a whole plan you just told me without even thinking or hesitating. Did you practice it?"

"Well, that's how I knew Thomas fell for me."

"Then I guess it will work for sure." Chuck told me with a huge smile on his face.

"I tell you, he is more excited than I'm. " I pointed at Chuck.

"I think there is another sign you should look out for, but I forgot what it was." Teresa said.

I looked at minho's direction and saw him staring at me. He immediately turned around when he noticed me looking at him.

"Hey guys, I just took a look at his direction, and he was staring at me, but when he realized that I noticed it, he looked away."

"Yeah, that was the sign I forgot to tell you about. He definitely likes you, Thomas has also admitted that guys do that when they like someone, so the other person won't notice."

"I think he is looking again." I said.

Chuck turned his head all the way to their direction.

"Chuck turns around right now!"

"Yeah, you are right. He is looking at you." He said.

(Some time after)
Minho's pov

"You wanted to talk?" Thomas asked.

"Yeah, I wanted to tell you that I like Y/N, I think I do at least. I haven't had that feeling before. Just like you said, you feel with Teresa. These butterflies in your stomach. What should I do?"

"Go talk to her, get to know her better, start off as friends. See if you guys match."
He suggested.

Thomas's pov
I was now in my hut with Teresa and Chuck.
We got ready to go out on a walk, and since Chuck was hanging out with us the past days, he would come with us.

"I think Y/N and Minho make a great match." Chuck said.

Teresa gave him an angry gesture.

She whispered to him, " Just stop." Not meant for me to hear.

"Y/N likes Minho." Chuck shouted and started running away from Teresa.
Soon, they were running in a circle.

"You little shit, I knew we couldn't trust you."
She shouted.

I turned around, feeling the presence of someone.

Minho was standing by the door.

"Y/N, likes me?"
He said.

"Chuck, I'll kill you. You will pay for this. " Teresa screamed at him.
Chuck ran out of the hut towards the Deadheads, with Teresa following him.

"So she likes me?" He asks again.

" I think she does. At least, that's what Chuck said."

"Then I'll go find her now."

Y/N's pov

I was sitting with Newt next to the gardens. We were talking about his work here in the Glade.

"It's tough, but I got to keep up with the work. Since I'm the second in command, I've got double trouble."

"Hey guys, sorry for interrupting, but I would like to talk to Y/N." Minho approached.

"Go ahead." Newt said, standing up, smirking at us.

"Ehm, yeah, let's go somewhere else." Minho said since Newt didn't move at all.

I stood up, and we walked around the Glade.

We reached the maze walls and stood next to the wall with our names that were cut in.

"I wanted to ask you if you could imagine to get to know each other better and maybe start dating if things work out later. I'm interested in you, and I'm seeing you in a serious way."

I started blushing it wasn't something I was expecting to hear from him.

"Yeah, we could, I want to get to know you too. Besides that you are handsome, you seem like a great guy."

"I promise my personality won't disappoint you." He winked at me.

Just then, we saw Chuck running out of the deadheads with Teresa behind him.

"You destroyed my perfect plan. " She shouted at him.

Thomas was running behind her.

"Babe, please stop. Everything is fine." He shouted.

"Not before he does."
She replied back.

Minho and I looked at each other and burst out laughing.
