Part 5: Training

We both went into the hallway I went left as Moon looked confused.

"You good bro?" I asked him.

"Yeah, the mask just isn't loading the way to the training area" he responded gently tapping his mask.

"It's probably because you haven't been there yet" I said to him. "The mask marks the route of places you've been to."

That was obviously a lie, but I was the expert brother.

"Oh" he started laughing. "I must be an idiot" he said through laughing.

I used my tentacle to ensure that he didn't get lost. He always described the halls as an endless maze. I knew that THEY wouldn't get lost, but I felt like I needed to. He kept on trying to go different ways and bumped into my tentacle a few times. His walk was confused, and it didn't look human. I don't know why.

After what felt like a hour I sow that we where at the trainee building. I walked down a few of the areas. There was the suka group (level one trainees) the satémi (level 2) tamé (level 3) and then satakí, the member training. I didn't realize how much I was crushing Moon, until boss told me to release him.

I put him down but didn't realize how far he was above ground. He fell and I heard something crack. I looked at him and he was covered in goop. Which was normal but I saw a bit of blood on him. So I guess that's on me hehe. Upon closer inspection I saw that he had a tail of some kind? The end of the tail had something that looked like a purple fire of some kind.

"Ok" boss said to us.

"You two are the second in command" he said looking at us seriously. "Meaning you two need to know how to fight."

Moon looked serious and stood up straight like a soldier. I just looked normal. I took fighting classes before fully corrupting Moon. I was very good at it for a level 3 corruption. I was almost put a up a level until my corruption was taking longer than required. So yeah I failed that. 

Boss stood next to a training dummy. He put his hand in front of it and then walked into a corner. I decided to let Moon go first. He ran up to it and did a jump-kick into it's head. He then started awkwardly attacking it. He hit it with his tail a few times, it left deep cuts into it. It burned it but also sorta stabbed it at the same time. It was weird. 

I moved him out of the way and began attacking it. I punched it, with a mixture of kicks. After I used my tentacles to crush it. The main goal was to destroy it, which I don't think Moon knew. He looked at me with a face of surprise even his mask had a :0 on it. It turned off for a moment before showing his normal neutral face.

He walked toward the dummy that had came to us through a belt thingy on the floor. His attacks became more confident with each attack, I noticed some of the attacks were mimicking mine. Others less obvious but it was still noticeable to me. After he finished the dummy was nothing more than a few fabric pieces and stuffing attached to the wire. He walked to me with a proud "^w^"  on his mask. His tail touched one of the stuffing pieces as he turned and a fire bursted out. I didn't tell him and waited for him to figure it out himself. 

He leaned onto my tentacle, tired. I noticed his fire was weaker and even though my tentacles are numb, I felt a strange coldness that didn't come from me or the wind. Boss cautiously got out of his corner.

"Good job boys!" He said looking nervously at Moon. "Now that we have warmed up we can go on our mission!" He said doing a small clap. 

Moon covered his face in his hat and made the light dim. It didn't seem like a good thing to ask about. We walked out and I saw that he was walking faster. He seemed desperate to get out of here. In response to try and help I walked faster to keep up with him. 

We made it out of the tunnels and outside. It was snowing, it was so cold yet so beautiful. Moon didn't want to take the time to enjoy the snow instead he acted like he was being hurt by it. Which it is cold, but we are wearing clothes that could be considered snow clothes. He shouldn't be acting like this. He wouldn't let me see his face and I noticed that his movements where getting slower.

I decided to pick him up and carry him into the transporter with my tentacles. He seemed relieved to be out of the transporter and looked at the lights it showed. We had to put our names and generation info. 

"Welcome SG3H1 and SG3C1" It said to us. "You have one new mission in 'Unfinished au 260'" I clicked on a button that take us to the au. It's sad how we made it to 260 aus unfinished. Moon was using a hologram to get a good look at the au, and he went silent. 

"What's wrong?" I asked him.

"I-It's Day&Night" 

Day&Night was the name of Moon's au, it was a concept version of it, but Moon didn't stay there. The only reason that a person's au would be destroyed is if the creator planed on deleting any corruption left. I felt bad for him but it's normal for most Shadows. But I still felt sick, why have us be in charge of it.

I looked at Moon, but he didn't show me his face and just continued mapping out the area. And by mapping I mean saving it into his mask. Eventually the lights stoped and everything was clear. There was kids running around and a 2 small kids stuck out the most. A kid with a uncolored hood, and another kid with fluffy blond hair a sweater and nothing else that could differ them. 

"That's-" 

"Me and Suko" Moon said finishing my sentence. "Let's just get this over with" Moon said walking out of the transporter.
