As time went on, Denise and Tyler started to hang out more and more.

Tyler had been crushing on Denise for a really long time now.

He loved her smile, her laugh, and just being around her.

He knew he wanted her to be his girlfriend and today was the day he was going to ask her.

He took a deep breath and walked up to her. "Hey Denise, can I talk to you for a second?"

Denise looked at Tyler and smiled. "Sure Tyler, what's up?"

"I really like you Denise. Will you be my girlfriend?"

Denise's eyes widened in surprise

Somebody actually liked her?..

well maybe she should give it a chance after all

then a huge smile spread across her face. "Yes, Tyler! I would love to be your girlfriend!"

Tyler was thrilled. He couldn't believe she said yes. They hugged and Tyler felt like he was on top of the world.

But as the days went by, Tyler started to act differently around Denise.

She started to notice that Tyler could be just as rude and controlling as Jayson was..

He would make rude comments or ignore her when she was talking.

He would even flirt with other girls in front of her.

Denise was confused and hurt.

She thought she had finally found someone who cared for her, but Tyler was acting just like her ex-boyfriend Jayson who had treated her terribly.

One day, Denise couldn't take it anymore.

She confronted Tyler about his behavior and how it was hurting her.

Tyler was taken aback and didn't realize he was being rude.

but Tyler apologized and promised to make it up to her.

Denise accepted his apology but was still hurt and upset about it.

They had a picnic, and snuggled a lot.

Denise had forgotten all about Tyler's stupid behavior and was happy to be with him.

She finally felt loved again.
