lunch. one of y/n's favorite parts of the school day. today, she was eating in the school garden.
usually, when she was alone or wanted to be alone, she went to the school garden. it was a calming and quiet area. they even planted her favorite flower, [insert your fav flower].
y/n sat on the singular birch bench that was in the garden, enjoying the peace and quiet. it was something that she found hard to find, especially since she started hanging out with junhyeon more recently.
she pulled out her lunch from her bag and started to eat.
just so she didn't eat in complete silence, she pulled out her phone from her skirt pocket and opened plus tenm to watch planet boys.
she was hooked onto this survival show, her top pick being kum hyeonjun. he was gorgeous, funny, and had really good idol potential. in a way, he reminded her of junhyeon.

see? they looked completely different. she had to admit, she really did have a thing for hyeonjun.
as she watched the episode, she quietly laughed at the funny parts, not wanting anyone to know she was there.
but someone heard her laugh. it was junhyeon, as usual.
he tried his best to be as quiet as he could so he could sneak up on her.
he opened the garden's gate as quietly as he could, then making his way to stand in front of her.
y/n seemed too focused on her show so junhyeon decided to be as loud as he could when his favorite came up.
hyeonjun showed up on the screen, making him scream.
"KUM HYEONJUN!" he screamed, making y/n jump from her seat.
"OH MY FUCKING GOD." y/n yelled in shock. she placed a hand on her heart, taking deep breaths.
"this is the second time this week that you've almost given me a heart attack. what the fuck." y/n glared at the male in front of her.
"you watch planet boys?!" junhyeon exclaimed, ignoring her earlier remarks.
"uh? of course I do? what kinda question is that, the fuck?" y/n scoffed.
"my boy onozaret atiek from btgy is on it! of course I watch it!" she said, scoffing at the end.
"though, he went from my first to my second pick because kum hyeonjun caught my eye so quickly." y/n ranted, a smile on her face.
"WAIT NO WAY! HE'S MY FAVORITE TOO!" junhyeon screamed.
"WAIT REALLY?! OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU NO WAYY!" y/n screamed, very uncharacteristically.
but junhyeon wasn't focused on that.
"she- she said she loved me.." he thought, a big, bright and genuine smile forming. junhyeon listened in on her rants on how she loved and admired him, as well as her rant on how thoughts on the show.
the two bonded over planet boys for the entire lunch period, enjoying each other's company in the quiet garden.
