after junhyeon got his stuff, the pair decided to go to one of the many private meeting spaces that star creator high had. these small meeting spaces were open to the students, meaning that they were allowed in there.

quickly reaching one, they opened the glass door and went inside. the two sat down on the couch and started to tall about random things and topics.

as they were talking, a certain topic accidentally slipped out of y/n's mouth.

"what are we?" she asked. she was thinking about it earlier, not exactly caring about what they were.

but y/n was curious.

junhyeon sat there, a bit shocked at her random question.

"uhhh..." he started. "I'm not exactly sure. I know that I want to say that we're together but I'm really not sure about you." he finished, putting her hands on the table and placing his on top of hers.

y/n blushed.

"i-" she stuttered. she was pretty speechless.

she didn't know if she was ready for a relationship like this. it was obvious that she liked him back but she wasn't so sure about anything else.

"if you don't mind, I'd like to take you on a date." junhyeon brought up, seeing that she hasn't said anything yet.

"I-I mean, you don't have to. I really, really like you. I just, don't know if I'm ready for a relationship." y/n said quietly.

"I'd wait for forever for you y/n. I seriously don't mind." he said sweetly. at this point, y/n was going to melt.

"you know what? I'll try." y/n smiled.

"then y/n, would you like to be my girlfriend?" he asked, a big bright smile on his face.

y/n blinked before a smile broke out as well.

"of course, junhyeon." she replied, interlocking their fingers.

the two broke out into laughter, finally getting up to go to their class.

junhyeon held the door open for her, gesturing for her to walk out.

"after you, my lady~!" he told her, laughing. y/n smiled, walking out of the room. she grabbed his hand and they went towards the class.

now at their class, y/n looked at junhyeon.

"are we going to let everyone know or keep it a secret?" she asked.

"we should keep it a secret at first since the last time they saw us, we were fighting and super awkward." he replied, not wanting everyone to seem too suspicious of them.

y/n nodded, letting go of his hand. she fixed their uniforms a bit before pushing him inside the class.

after junhyeon went inside the class, people started socializing with him pretty quickly. especially taerae. he's his best friend and he hasn't seen him at all this morning.

"junhyeon, bro, where were you?" taerae asked as said male sat in his seat.

as the two started talking, y/n walked in and quietly sat in her seat. as soon as she sat down, bahiyyih turned her head to look at her.

"y/n, where were you?" she frowned.

"hiyyih, I'm so so sorry. I decided to take a walk after I went to the washroom. I'll make it up to you, I promise." y/n apologized, pouting.

bahiyyih sighed before she smiled.

"it's alright! just remember to tell me if you're gonna wander off next time." she warned, making an angry face at her bestie.

"of course. I won't forget next time. I swear." y/n promised. she felt bad, forgetting to tell bahiyyih that she wasn't at her locker anymore.

'shit, I was too excited.' y/n mentally scolded herself. she made a mental reminder to be with bahiyyih tomorrow, even if that meant that she couldn't be with her new boyfriend.

bahiyyih smiled, as she started telling y/n about her weekend. hikaru joined in on their conversation and the three talked a bit until their teacher arrived.
