Luz awoke to a bright, yet cool morning. It had been a few days since Belos had been stopped for good, and she was just glad everything was somewhat back to normal. A few things had DEFINITELY changed. For one, Eda was literally missing an arm, and she would probably never get it back, as Eda had told her it disintegrated into ash. The Collector was also a good guy, but none of them had seen him since Belos was alive. King was also slightly bigger now, but that didn't matter, since he was still small enough to fall asleep on her lap. Suddenly, her stomach rumbled. It occurred to her that she had not relaxed in a VERY long time, so she might as well enjoy herself. She got off her bed, and went to the kitchen. "Morning Luz, I made you some churros!" Said her mama, who was busy cooking some kind of soup. Ehh, whatever. She eyed the churros on the table, and started to drool. She scarfed them up like a wolf, though was busy making sure she didn't get the crumbs on herself. "Thanks mom!" Luz said. "I'm gonna go, ok?" "Oh alright, just go." Camila said, smiling. She didn't ask Luz, but she already knew where she was going. "Tell Hunter I said hi!" "Ok!" Luz yelled back from the hallway. It had taken 2 days, but they finally got a working portal again! And they placed it at the abandoned house, which they had literally bought yesterday. It was still quite decrepit and rusty, though not as much since Gus, Vee, Willow, Amity, and Hunter had lived there. They should probably spruce up the outside more too. And probably the inside too, since Amity couldn't stand possums after having to deal with their nests. She ran up to the door, turned the handle, opened the door, walked inside, and found herself in the most magical place she couldn't even dream of: THE BOILING ISLES.

The loudest snoring he could have imagined was, of course, coming from the one that took care of him for years. King yelled with his sonic screech, moving Eda off the couch. "Ahh! King, what the heck!?" She screamed, raising her handicapped arm in the air, as if to make a fist. "You snore so loud!" King yelled. "It's not my fault my arm got cut off! I'm a light sleeper!" She protested. "I'm pretty sure that has nothing to do with snoring!" "Ehh, agree to disagree!" "You can't just-" BANG! King was cut off from the door slamming open. "Wassup, weirdos!" Said Luz, as she walked in, finger-gunning King and Eda in the process. "LUZ!" Eda yelled. King jumped 12 feet in the air, and landed on Luz's chest. Both of them tumbled to the ground, laughing and squirming, as King nuzzled his forehead against Luz's soft, brown hair. She got up, King now curled up on the top of her head. "Soooo, how's the arm?" Luz asked. "Well, it's nice to finally have sympathy from someone," shooting an icy glare at King, who did not notice as he was literally asleep. "But I am definitely gonna take a while getting used to this" She said, as she pointed at her bandaged stump. "Well, you might do better if something was attached to it!" Luz said. "Eh? Whaddaya mean?" Eda said inquisitively. "I got you something!" Luz yelled, throwing her arms to the side really fast, causing King to fall off her head. Immediately, Eda started acting like a dog, panting and begging. "WHATISITWHATISITWHATISIT!?" She yelled "Chill out!" King said, then immediately going to the other side. "Who's a good girl?" King asked in a cute, yet mocking manner. "Oh, stop it!" Eda said getting back to her feet. "Psh, whatever." King said, waving his hand at her, then going the other direction. "Anyway, WHATISIT?" "I present," Luz said in a theatrical fashion. "Your new arm!" She yelled. She pulled out a golden hook, which glimmered from the light coming through the window. "SHINY!" Eda yelled, as she pounced on it. She came back to her senses enough to hug Luz tightly. "THANK YOU!" She yelled, much louder than Luz expected. King galloped into the room. "Whahappen?" Eda got up, attached the hook, and smiled. "Luz got me a new arm!" She yelled, repeatedly pointing at her hook. "Oh cool, it's shiny!" King said. "Luz, where'd you even get this?" Eda asked, turning to her. "I was at a comic convention, and one of the booths had this!" She said, motioning to the hook. "I got 2, in case I ever lost the first one, but I think it's in good hands." She smiled. "Heh, more like good hand." King said. Eda turned to him, and burst out laughing on the floor. "HA! GOOD HAND! That's a good one King!" "Luz struggled to contain her laugh, and eventually couldn't, plopping on top of Eda, pretty much breathing laughs. "Ah what the heck?" King said, than ran to the pile, and jumped on them, laughing at his own joke. They all continued laughing for a long time.
