"I guess you could say I'm feeling CRUMBY! Hahaa!" King yelled, forever in love with his bread puns. "Aww, that's a good one!" Luz said. "You are A-DOUGH-ABLE!" She said. "HAHA!" King laughed. "I love that one!" She said. Eda barged into the room. "For the last time! Will you two quit LOAFING around!" She yelled, before collapsing on the floor. "THAT'S THE BEST ONE!" King yelled, jumping on Eda. Luz curled up next to the witch and demon, and they all laughed for about 10 more minutes. "You're a riot King!" Luz said, finger-gunning him. "And you're a RYE-OT!" King yelled. The three burst into laughter, none of them wanting the moments of bread puns to end. They were about to, though perhaps they were interrupted by something even better. After they were done laughing, and before King could make another bread pun, there was a knock at the door. Eda answered, and was greeted by Raine and Amity. "WOAH! When did you get that!?" Raine and Amity asked Eda. "Where do ya think?" She replied, looking at Luz, who was giving King the tiny equivalent of a roller coaster. "Oh. That actually makes a lot of sense." Amity said. "So, what brings you and songbird here?" She said, annunciating "songbird" a bit. "Well, we wanted to go on a double date, so uh, you wanna come?" Raine asked, sweat visible on their forehead. "Would I ever say no to a date with you?" She asked. "Uhh... yes?" Raine replied. "NO! Nononono! I would never!" Eda said. Raine smiled happily. Then, Eda got an idea. She smirked. "Oh, Luz!" She yelled nonchalantly. "Amity wants to go on a date!" Luz looked Amity, and ran towards the doorway, tackling her into a hug and pecking her cheek. "Mittens!" She muttered. Amity blushed. She was embarrassed, but did not care. No amount of pet names and affection in public could ever make her even slightly mad at Luz. She couldn't wait any longer. "Shall we?" She asked, holding out her hand. Luz blushed. "We shall." She said, grabbing her hand. King galloped to the doorway. "Ohh! Ohh! Can I come?" He asked, jumping up and down. King gave his best puppy dog eyes. Luz immediately followed suit, crouching down next to King, giving her best puppy dog eyes. Amity couldn't take it. It was too cute. King and Luz combined were a force to be reckoned with, as in terms of adorableness, they were the most powerful force in the universe. "Ugh, fine..." She said. "The more the merrier!" Luz chirped happily, giving King a peck on the head. King jumped to the height of Luz's head, Luz grabbed his hands, er paws, erm claws, or... digits, and did a happy victory dance. "As long as Luz is happy." Amity thought. "Don't worry Amity!" Luz said. "This'll be a date you won't soon forget!" They were all ready. "OH BOY, A DATE! CAN I COME!?" Yelled a certain house demon that was watching their whole conversation. "OH BOY LOOK AT THE TIME SORRY HOOTY GOTTA GO BYYYEEE!" Eda yelled, speeding away from Hooty on Owlbert. They were out of eyesight in 5 seconds. A new record.

Hunter ate his food quietly, but hungrily, as picking flowers had tired him out, though most things did nowadays. Willow eyed the bags under his eyes. "Hunter,  have you been getting enough sleep?" She asked, eying him suspiciously. "Whaaat, of course I have! Why wouldn't I... get enough sleep?" He said completely truthfully, convincingly, and not at all awkwardly, as he twiddled his thumbs. "Do I need to sing you to sleep again?" "NO! ...maybe. Could you?" Hunter said, smiling awkwardly. Willow gladly obliged. As long as he was getting the rest and relaxation he deserved, she was happy. This was a date she wouldn't soon forget.
