Lisa: excuse me but are you trying to accuse me of something?
Fatima: no ma'am, I do however request a perusal of my submission because this doesn't make any sense.
Lisa: I'm a fair supervisor so I'm not opposed to that suggestion but you do know that a perusal will require Mr Taylor to be present, are you sure you want that?
Fatima: (weird look) yes, he is the boss after all.
Lisa: alright then, Kiki would you be a dear and go up to Mr Taylor's office?
Kiana: (nervous) wh..huh? Uhm... I- I don't think that's necessary.
-Fatima immediately notices her demeanor and does one plus one-
Fatima: (livid) you bitchhh!!
Lisa: (gasps) Ms Wilson that language is not appropriate in a place of business! Why are you even insulting Kiki?
Fatima: Kiki do you wanna tell her what you did or should I?
Kiana: (shrugs) I don't know what you're talking about.
Fatima: (smiles) fine, have it your way bitc-
Lisa: Fatima I'm not gonna warn you again!
Fatima: Ms Lopez if Kiki really wants us to believe that she didn't swap the papers when you called me outside then I have a solution to get to the bottom of this without involving Mr Taylor and wasting his time on some petty BS.
Lisa: I'm listening.
Fatima: I say we both retake the test.
Kiana: (anxious)
Lisa: again!? That test took y'all nearly half of the day to complete and it's already knock off time.
Kiana: (smiles) exactly and some of us got things to do so Ms Wilson stop being a sore loser and just carry your L in silence.
-Kiana stands up and starts packing her things-
Lisa: aht aht Ms Lewis who said you were dismissed?
Kiana: I thought th-
Lisa: you thought wrong, please take your seat and let me explain how this is gonna work.
-Kiana sits down-
Lisa: Fatima like I already said there's no time for y'all to redo the whole paper because then we'd leave this building at 9:00PM and like Kiki said - some of us have plans. However, I still liked your suggestion so here's what we're gonna do.
-Lisa stands up and hands them each a blank piece of paper-
Kiana: uhm what's this?
Lisa: patience Ms Lewis, I'm gonna explain.... alright so basically I'm gonna give you two until 5:30PM to complete transaction 2.1 - that was the hardest calculation and only one of the papers that were submitted got it right. So whoever copied or swapped papers will be revealed. It's 5:10PM now and you have until 5:30PM. Good luck!
Fatima smiles because she remembers how to do the calculation, Kiana starts sweating profusely. They both start writing and after exactly 20min the timer goes off and Lisa instructs them to hand in their papers.
Lisa: thank you ladies and sorry for making y'all stay after hours.
-Lisa takes a minute looking at both papers-
Fatima: so... what's the verdict?
Lisa: Fatima you may leave and Kiki please stay behind I need to have a word with you.
