The long awaited day of the hearing had finally arrived, and everyone's nerves were shot. Why, you might ask? Well... because the odds were not looking good on both Fatima and Kiki's favor.
-Boardroom-
Omari: good morning, Ms. Wilson and Ms. Lewis.
Kiki: morning.
Fatima: morning.
Omari: I am Mr Omari Hardwick and I will be standing in on behalf of Mr Taylor. He couldn't be present in this hearing due to the nature of his relationship with Ms Wilson. To my left, we have Ms Kelly Rowland, and to my right, we have Vanessa Anderson (the head of HR), and together, we all form a part of the panel for this hearing. Before we begin, are there any questions?
Fatima & Kiki: no sir.
Omari: perfect. Are you both aware of the charges that you are being accused of?
Fatima: yes sir.
Kiki: (raises her hand) uhm actually Mr Hardwick. I wasn't aware of any charges being held against against. After all, I am the one who was brutally assaulted as y'all can evidently see (referring to her blue eye that was still healing).
Fatima: (frowns) assaulted?! Oh Kiki please. The only reason I even touched you was because you kept aggravating me.
Kiki: (scoffs) okay and? That doesn't negate the fact that this is a place of business, and that sort of hood rat behavior should not be tolerated! (Turns her attention back to Omari) with that being said, sir. As the victim of this traumatic event I demand that Fatima Wilson be fired with immediate effect.
Fatima: Kiki you're messing with the wrong one. I promise you, you don't want that typa problem with me.
Kiki: (gasps) SEE!!! More evidence of this ghetto hood rat threatening me!!
Fatima: oh it's not a threat. It's a promise.
Omari: (slams his fist on the oakwood table) ENOUGH!! Will both of you please just be quiet.
Kelly: (sighs) thank you Omari. (Turns her attention back to Fatima and Kiki) I'm highly disappointed in BOTH of you! I'm appalled at the behavior that y'all have just exhibited.
Kiki: but Ms Rowland, Fatima-
Kelly: save it Kiki!! I know that Fatima is not innocent in all of this, but neither are you! You seem to forget that I know you, I know that you like to be the instigator.
Fatima: (side eyes Kiki) exactly!
Kelly: that wasn't a leeway for you to offer your 2 cents Fatima.
Fatima: my bad.
Kelly: (annoyed) what is wrong with y'all?! Like seriously!

Kelly: I know that y'all are aware that you only have a couple of months left until this internship ends, and we're soon gonna start looking into appointing some interns into permanent positions. I like both of you, and I really believe that y'all have something special to offer this company, but now... I'm not so sure.
Fatima: Kelly- Ms Rowland, please don't let this disappointing moment define me. I promise you that this is not who I am. I just have a hard time dealing with people who taunt and aggravate me, but I'm working on it - I promise.
Vanessa: how?
Fatima: (gulps from nervousness) ma'am?
Vanessa: you said that you're "working on it." I would like to know how you're doing that.
