A/N:
Hey guys!
Enjoying the book so far?
I've been getting a lot of requests for lots of different things and I'm sorry if I don't reach your expectations 😑 but I'm trying my best 😋 sorry if your annoyed about how short the chapters are 😬
xx Lucy"Oh really?" I whisper/hiss/shout across the table to Lucy as she makes kissing noises when Oliver sits next to me, Cody next to him, Lucy and Julia opposite me and James next to Julia. "I've seen you gazing at Cody, you ding dong" I hiss just loud enough for her to hear. "It's so obvious" Julia nods and surprisingly, so does Lucy. Pizza of what looked like all the possible flavours you can get where placed on pink plates in front of us. The room was filled with laughter as stories and jokes were told. I can't help but notice the way that Lucy and Cody stare at each other, it's really quite adorable. I talked with Oliver most of the time and it was brilliant.
After dinner we had chocolate mouse topped with whipped cream, soooooo delicious! Afterward all of us squeezed into the lounge and took turns doing karaoke on the PlayStation, Lucy is actually a really great singer! But, unfortunately, the night came to an end all to fast and too soon, I had left.
It was reasonably late when I got home, Caitlin and Mum were peacefully snoring away. Dad was sipping coffee and reading a week old copy of newspaper. "hey" I say and start reading over his shoulder. "Go to bed." He suddenly demands sternly. "Jez Pops, what's the hurry?" I ask walking over to the fridge, sticking my head in hopefully then slumped back on the couch disappointed. "Now" he actually stares at me this time, daring me to argue. I didn't. Defeated, I silently trotted into bed, falling asleep almost instantly.
I dreamed.
I dreamed of Oliver.
