Kenma was on his bed, playing on his Nintendo Switch. He was lying on his back with his full focus on the game. He heard the sound of soft footsteps outside his door, reminding him of his girlfriend who was staying over. He suppressed a smile and blush that was quick to form on his cheeks.

"Kenma, what do you want for lunch?" Her voice came from outside the door. He thought about it for a moment, deciding on what would be the best.

The door opened and there stood his beautiful girlfriend, wearing yet another stolen sweatshirt. She had one spoon in her hand and her hair was messy. Her eyes held contact with his firmly. She tilted her head slightly and folded her hands in front of her chest, waiting for an answer.

"I'll have whatever is easiest for you to make. It's your choice, if you want we can get takeout or even go outside." He said softly.

His girlfriend smiled and shook her head while looking at the ground. She often thought about how lucky she was to have a considerate boyfriend. She looked at him again and smiled.

"I promised to make you something today didn't I?" She said and Kenma sighed.

"What can you make that's easiest for you?" He asked.

"Kenma, just say whatever you want to eat. I'll make it for you." She sighed.

"Okay then, let's eat ramen." He said smiling and continuing his game. His girlfriend stood there dumbfounded.

"Ramen? I don't have to do anything to make that." She whined.

"That's the point baby." He said while winking at her.

She groaned and glared at him slightly. She went back to the kitchen and stood by the counter. She decided that even if she had to make ramen, she'd make a special one for him. She took out the ramen packets from the shelf and a saucepan. She put in water and put the saucepan on the stove, turning on the gas. She turned around and gathered some vegetables and eggs. She put the eggs to boil on the induction while she was chopping up the vegetables, thinly sliced. She turned around and put the seasoning of the ramen in the boiling water. She gathered all her ingredients together in one place. She waited for a while when she finally added the noodles softly in the boiling water. While she was doing that, she heard the heavy footsteps of her boyfriend.

"What are you doing?" Kenma asked, his voice held amusement.

"Making ramen what else?" You replied, not even turning around to face him.

You heard footsteps again so you thought he left. You were about to turn around when you felt his hands on your waist forcefully spinning you around to face him. He pushed you back on the counter and trapped you in between his arms. He bent down at eye level with you, very close to your face. Your heart pounded in your chest as his golden eyes looked into your eyes.

"You never listen to a thing I say do you?" He softly said against your lips. You looked down at his lips and then smiled.

"I didn't disobey anything. You told me to make ramen, and I am." You whispered against his lips. He chuckled slightly looking down.

He looked into your eyes again and you could feel a blush forming on your face. Kenma usually wasn't that bold in your relationship, but when he was, it was really hot. He rarely takes control, so when he does it seems so attractive. You suddenly remembered the ramen that you were supposed to be cooking. You pushed him away with all your strength and then turned around to work on your food again.

"Let me cook peacefully. I'm hungry and I want this to taste good for both of us." You said while working on the ramen.

He then put his arms around your waist from behind and rested his head on your shoulder. You could feel his eyes on you but you decided to ignore that. You shook your head and continued making delicious ramen. You completed the process of the ramen with your heavy boyfriend leaning on you.

"You're heavy you know that?" You said as you put the ramen in 2 separate bowls, adding the condiments.

"Yeah, I know." He said and added even more of his weight on you.

You grunted in response. You set the bowls on the dining table as you dragged him to sit with you. You glared at him as he sat down but wrapped his arms around your waist, not letting you go. He pulled you closer to him and put his head on your chest. You finally gave up and wrapped your arms around his neck and ran your fingers through his hair. He sighed in response which made you smile. You kissed the top of his head and grabbed his face in between your palms. You were met with his sad cat eyes.

"What happened bubs? Why are you so sad?" You asked.

"I don't know, I just feel down." He said as he freed himself from your hands and put his head on your chest again. You laughed as he snuggled even more into your chest, tickling you in the process.

"You're just hungry sweetheart. Eat the food and you'll be just fine." You said and forcefully pulled his hands off of you.

You went back to the kitchen and brought back 2 pairs of chopsticks. You sat beside him and gave him the chopsticks. You were about to eat your food when he grabbed one leg of the chair and pulled you closer to him. You shrieked in response to the sudden movement of his. You looked at him and he smiled with a pink tint visible on his cheeks. You both laughed at your reactions.

"You're so adorable." He smiled at you. You looked down at your food and blew on it.

"Shut up and eat your food."

You both quietly ate your food, being glad to have each other at the moment. Both of you, are perfectly matched for each other. It may sound a little cringe but you both always thought that you both were meant to be with each other. It was like you were a match made perfectly. You balanced each other properly. And you were so glad and lucky to have someone like him. And he was glad to have such an amazing and perfect girl like you.
