No One's POV
It is bedtime except (Y/N) in the bounty. The spirit guardian was able to finish painting a mask before putting back the paintbrush into his satchel.
(Y/N) went straight to Lloyd and the spirit could see him peacefully asleep before the guardian sits down on a chair beside Lloyd.
Occasionally. Winds blew from the outside and (Y/N) pulls out a journal from his satchel with a pen.
The spirit begins writing in his journal and the contents of (Y/N)'s journal were halfway through.

The serpentine situation was not a pleasant experience for Lloyd but then I had a hunch that those snakes will cause more trouble in future encounters. I have to be prepared and be on my guard to protect Lloyd. When I saw Wu, I had relief that he will be safe here in Destiny's bounty. I often looked back to 5 years ago when I looked after Lloyd and he was 5 back then. I also had a second goal: Trying to find my origins.

(Y/N)'s POV
I finished writing in my journal, I put it back into my satchel.
Suddenly I hear a sob from Lloyd and I look at him, frowning.
I could see tears rolling down his face and seeing Lloyd cry makes me sad.
'Lloyd...It must be really painful for your parents to separate, just to protect you.' I thought to myself while wiping the tears off Lloyd's face.
It must be heartbreaking to see what Lloyd has been through without either of his parents but he has Wu, also known as his uncle.
I'll constantly look after Lloyd while also providing emotional support because it is bad enough to feel as if he felt like Lloyd doesn't fit in.
