My eyes peeled open I was on my knees next to while they scanned thie necks I looked over to Newt.
" Where's Tommy is Tommy okay"I said panic rising in my voice
" Yes love he's still in my coat he's awake though " Newt said looking down at his coat before whispering.
'mommys here don't worry she's here "
" Where's Thomas" Janson yelled out to everyone.
" I'm here " he said putting his hands up as the soldiers and guards grabbed him and shoved him.
" Thomas " Janson grabbed Thomas by the neck and shoved him down as Vince tried to shake the guards off. In the distance you could hear the helicopter wiring.
" Ok bring her in " Janson said two one of his workers who started going on his device.
" Why didn't you run " Minho asked Thomas not looking at him.
" I'm tired of running " Thomas replied looking up through his eyelashes. As Minho gave him the side eye. Suddenly a humongous aircraft flew above us with white beams coming down. Four guys entered the aircraft with none other than Dr Ava Paige the owner of WICKED.
" Is this all of them " Ava asked Janson
" All most all of them it'll be enough."
" Start loading them in " Ava ordered.
" Yes ma'am " he said us he walked off telling his soldiers what to do.
" YOU HEARD HER GET THEM ON " soldiers started throwing kids. Ava hurried one of her bodyguards to grab Thomas and bring him to her.
" Hello Thomas" she sighed when Teresa came out
" I'm glad you're safe " Ava said.
" What the hell " Fry gasped.
" Wait what's going on " Newt question confused. Thomas looked down at his feet.
" She's with them"
" Since when " Minho asked anger filling his voice.
" Teresa's always had an evolved appreciation of the greater good once we restored her memories it was only a matter of time " Janson said coming up and standing next to her giving Teresa a pat on the shoulder before going to see to his soldiers.
" I'm sorry I had no choice this is the only way. We have to find a cure" Teresa stated her ground
" She's right this is all just a meanings to an end you used to understand that Thomas no matter what you think of me I am not a monster I am a doctor the same goes for you Selena you're a doctor I swore an oath to find a cure no matter the cost I just need more time " Ava said starting to raise her voice using hand gestures.
" More blood " Mary shouted Ava staring at her.
" Hello Mary I'd hoped we'd meet again I'm sorry that it had to be under these circumstances" Ava apologised.
" I'm sorry but a lot of things too but not this at least my conscience is clear " Mary fired back.
" So is mine " gunshot Mary started bleeding out I looked over towards Ava and Janson was holding a pistol and shot her in the stomach.
" MARY MARY MARY MARY MARY MARY GET OFF OF ME" Vince shouted painfully as the woman dropped to her knees catching her in his arms.
" Mary Mary Mary Mary NO NO " the poor man shouted so painfully the death of his love.
" Let's go Janson load all these people up let's go let's go let's go " Ava shouted starting with Sonya and Aris. A guard grabbed Thomas by the shoulder when he grab something from his coat and smack them in the head with it only to realize it was a bomb that's Brenda and Jorge used.
" Everyone stand back everyone stand back everyone stand back " Thomas screamed at everyone as Janson told them to hold their fire.
" Let em all go " he yelled at Ava.
" You know I can't do that " Ava continued.
" Thomas please stop I made a deal with them they promised we'd be safe all of us " Teresa tried explaining to him.
" And I'm supposed to trust you now " he snapped
" It's true it was her only condition everything can go back to the way it was Thomas do you really want all of them to die " she pointed to all of us.
" Listen to her Thomas think about what you're doing " Janson told him as myself Newt Fry and Minho stood by him.
" We're with you Thomas " I said put my hand on his shoulder.
" Do it Thomas " Minho said as everyone was shouting the sound of a honk of a vehicle approached us. BRENDA and JORGE. The helicopters got thrown over the hill knocking us all down.
" Get down" Thomas screamed as the explosive device went off. Jorge laughed jumping out of the truck shooting someone who tried to shoot him in the head.
" VINCE GO " Harriet shouted. Minho picked up a 45 gun.
" COME ON THOMAS GET OUT OF HERE " Minho shouted out Thomas as he carried on shooting all the guards. Newt clutching Tommy to his chest. Suddenly an electrical bullet shot Minho in the stomach.
" NO NO MINHO NO " Thomas shouted running down the hill Jorge grabbed him as he was shaking frantically.
" MINHO " Thomas screamed painfully watching them carry him away and into the aircraft.
" THOMAS WE GOTTA GO WE CAN'T SAVE HIM "
We all watched as Teresa and avast stood at the gates of the aircraft before it closed and flew away back to WICKED.
" Mommy daddy why is there smoke every where" it was daylight outside me and Newt were walking around with Tommy holding our hands as we saw all of the dead soldiers.
" What do we do now " Fry asked
" World war pickup what's left of us we get you kids to the safe haven then we start over I guess " Vince said looking around. Thomas shook his head and stood up.
" I'm not going with you "
" What "
Thomas put the bag over his shoulder.
" I made a promise to Minho that I wouldn't leave him behind I have to go after him " Thomas stated
" Hey kid look around you alright WICKED just kicked our ass you think about where your headed "
" I'm not asking anyone to come with me" Thomas said. Newt looked at him.
" Thomas listen to me I've known Minho for as long as I can remember so if there is any way that we could help him trust me I will be up there standing next to you this what you're talking about is impossible " Newt Thomas looking up at him. I stood up and looked at everyone.
" The only way to do The Impossible is to believe that it is possible yes it may be dangerous but we've faced it before. " I implied.
" More like suicide " Jorge sighed
"Maybe " Thomas shook his head
" But I know what I'm supposed to do now it's not just about Minho it's about all of us it's about everyone WICKED has ever taken everyone they will take. They'll never stop they'll never stop so I'm gonna stop them I'm gonna kill Ava Paige " I smiled holding hands with newt and Tommy.
" I have to admit I'd like some revenge " Harriet said cocking her gun. As Jorge smirked.
" Well that's a good speech kid so what's your plan "
