Lem was still in a deep sleep when the war began.
It all started when the kingdom of Heridell launched an unexpected attack 2 days earlier which gave the Kingdom of Anaia 30 percent chances of winning.
The war began when dragons were sending flames to the borders of the kingdom.
There were air defenses on the borders but it was immediately annihilated as the numbers of dragons and air attacks keep on increasing.
The civillians were forced to evacuate due to the sudden attack. There were also a lot of casualty due to the surprise attack.
"This is all my fault." Levathian said while pulling his hair harshly.
The king's eyes were fixed on the huge flames that he can see from afar. The borders of the kingdom was completely destroyed.
"Keep the healers safe and ask for healers as reinforcement from the Kingdom of Merylia." The king ordered.
"I shall ask for reinforcement right away." Yu said and opened a portal. He immediately left the scene.
"Father." Said Keita.
"Do not worry, we have an ace up on our sleeves." Keita smiled at his father.
"I will protect this domain. I shall protect this Kingdom with all my life. Do not fear my children." The king said, looking at Levathian, Lae and Keita. They were brothers with different mothers. Keita happened to be the first born child, this is the reason why he is the crown prince.
"She should be awake by now." Levathian said. His father was confused.
"Father, we kept a little secret from you. But we need her to win the war." Keita said trying to convince his father.
"Who is this lady that you are talking about-"
"Is there any food? Im hwungy." Lem popped from behind. They were all surprised seeing her in a 10 year old form.
The king was shocked. Did his children had a secret love child? How come he doesn't know a thing about it.
"W-Who's child is t-this!" The king asked.
The three of them laughed. Looks like the king is thinking the wrong idea.
"It is a long story. But I assure you, this woman is stronger than Levathian." Keita commented which caused Levathian to frown.
"She's hungry, I'll be back." Lae said.
"I will not use a kid-"
"She's a thousand years old. Levathian sealed her powers. Currently at 10 percent." Keita said in a matter of fact tone.
Lem hid behind Levathian as she was intimidated by the King's stares.
"I need to go, I shall defend the border-"
"Do you like this kingdom?" For the first time, the King heard the little girl's voice. He never had a daughter and he was a bit happy that the little girl talked.
The king went on his knees and patted the little Lem.
"I love this Kingdom. This is my treasure, I am willing to protect it." He smiled gently at her. The king was a giant compared to Lem.
"I like this Kingdom too, they feed me." She smiled back at him.
"I want to save the kingdom. Will you allow me?" She said and touched the king's face. Memories came rushing to the king's mind.
He then bow his head, the reason behind their existence is right before his eyes.
"Your majesty." They all bowed down.
"Please save my kingdom." The Mighty king, kneeled down. Asking for Lem's help.
"I will, and will you give me food if I do?" The innocent Lem smiled. The king smiled while crying. He just cant believe how their ancestor loved her so much.
"I will, lots of it."
"Then, I shall do it." Lem looked at Levathian.
"Shall I open a portal for you?" He asked and Lem nodded.
He then opened a portal to reach the borders fast. They all went in.
When they arrived, the area was engulfed with large flames caused by the dragons.
Lem then floated in the air. A luminous light was covering her.
"Halt thy rage." The dragons stopped, the soldiers froze in fear, everyone on the scene were looking at the luminous thing at the sky.
"This kingdom is under my protection, anyone who would dare to continue the attack shall face my punishment. I order everyone of you to leave this kingdom alone. Thou shalt not return!"
And within an instant, the enemies followed her words, turning around and walking their way home.
The king was greatful yet he fears that the woman their ancestors love might be a threath to living beings. This proves that she is indeed a dictator. The most powerful among all.
On the other hand, Levathian feared that the enemies has now discovered the existence of a dictator, protecting their Majesty would now turn into a difficult task.
