Kingdom of Merylia.
It was decided. In the outer shell, The Domain of Avaiana and kingdom of Merylia shall form an alliance.
But it was a double edged sword for Merylia. Having Levathian on their side can protect them from any possible conquerors but there was something they can't tell about.
It seems like there is a condition that Merylia should meet in order to form an alliance with one of the most powerful domains in the world.
The General and his men traveled to Merylia. It was a long journey, consisting of four days with break. The road to Merylia was a bit rough making it hard to travel alone as your wagon might break.
"There was a rumour that Avaiana's General was a freaking hottie.." Creya said to her sister who was also facing the huge mirror.
"Then he shall be mine Creya.." Anaya gently brush a blush on her cheeks.
"But---" Creya Protested
"I am older than you creya. I shall marry first.." That was right, Anaya was 3 years older than Creya.
In the Fourth night, the guest from Avaiana arrived at the Palace of Merylia. The maids and butler greeted them. Merylia prepared a feist for their visitors.
As soon as Anaya and Creya heard the news, they immediately went downstairs to see the General that was the talk of the town for the past four days.
"OUR GUEST FROM AVAIANA HAS ARRIVED.." Loud trumpets echoed as the guest from Avaiana started walking on the red carpet.
It was such a grand entrance, Anaya and Creya where flustered by how the guest from Avaiana was striking gorgeous genes from any angle.
"The kingdom of Merylia is very delighted by your presence and hope this stay of yours shall strengthen the bond of alliance.." A man announced with a loud yet beautiful accent.
"Allow us to offer our gratefulness to your majesty. We brought the finest wine and products our domain has.." The gorgeous blonde as representative from Avaiana said.
"And as promised we will lend you 10,000 troops for defense and a huge amount of gold for reconstruction and innovation. They will be under your command as soon as the condition was met.." He added. Of course, Avaiana cannot afford to lose such 10,000 troops and a huge amount of gold therefore the agreed Condition must be met.
King Remi stood up. "Levathian Iwaizumi.." The king uttered. "Can you still remember me?"
Levathian showed no trace of recognition.
"I apologize for I do have a short memory----"
"N-No it is fine. I understand.." The King was a bit disappointed but he cannot show his emotions as he think so highly of Levathian.
Dinner was done and it was time for everyone to rest. Slaves and Servants immediately guided the guest to the guest rooms.
Levathian was about to enter the allocated room for him when he saw a lady sitting comfortably on his bed.
"Oh---"
"Pardon the sudden intrusion, I must've mistaken this room as mine.." He was about to close it when the lady cutted him off.
"No, it's actually your room.." She confessed.
"Pardon me?"
The lady opened the door widely so that he can enter.
"It's actually your room and I'm waiting for you.."
"And who are you?"
Levathian was still in the doorway and didn't even bother to move closer.
"I-I am Anaya Remi. The First Princess.." She shyly said and tucked her hair.
Levathian sighed. Looks like he got a new fan girl.
"And what does a Princess need from a guest?"
"Uh uhm--"
"If you don't have such an important matter to say you may leave.. I don't wanna be rude to you but you should've set an appointment to met me----"
"O-Oh! Forgive my ignorance. G-Goood night.." Anaya immediately went out to hide her embarrassment. Levathian just shooked of his head and started sanitizing the bed.
Before sleeping, Levathian created an invisible barrier to protect him while he is asleep. He cannot be confident as he can be assassinated anytime.
On the other hand other guests from Anaya where busy flirting with maids and Servants all night long so the second in command stayed up all night so that he can prevent any miscalculations his comrades might do. And that includes impregnating a servant.
It has been 2 days since Levathian and his comrades arrived at the palace. They have their meeting and tours every day and can rest when the night arrives.
Levathian also studied about the myth the bishop was talking about.
"I don't think the books here contains everything. It's the same story---"
"How about you use your charm and ask the royals?" Eru said.
"Yup, seems like the first princess likes you.." Era added. Eru and Era where identical twins. They look exactly like each other except for the hair. Eru has a jet black hair while Era has a white hair. They're both drop dead hottie. They're very popular among girls.
"I cannot afford to ruin the alliance. She might get into my nerves-----"
"Levathian!" Anaya said in a high pitch tone. Levathian sighed and asked for patience.
"Oh what can I do for you Miss Remi---"
"Anaya! Just call me Anaya.." She smiled.
"I don't call girls by name but.." He paused a bit, creating a bait for the princess to enter.
"But?" Anaya asked what was the condition.
"Only if you tell me what I wanna know. Sorry for the rudeness but it's fine it's not my hobby to force-----"
"I-It's definitely fine!" Anaya immediately agreed.
Eru and Era tried to hide their smiles as Levathian threw a death Glare at them.
Anaya immediately sat beside Levathian. She was so close that's why Levathian move a bit.
"So m'lady, perhaps you have knowledge about the myth?" Eru tried to show off his charisma but the princess was too busy admiring Levathian's beauty.
"Which myth?" She answered without moving her eyes away from Levathian.
Levathian just ignored her and continued reading the book.
"Like the child of demon? The freeze thingy? What was it?" Eru Continued
"I don't really know but if I'm mistaken---"
"N-No.."
"And why would the first princess has no knowledge Bout the myth---" Era was cutted off.
"Fine but the it's a sacred rule not to visit her grave.."
"What would we gain from a dead perso----"
"Stupid! Listen first!" Eru told Era.
"I'm not really sure about this. We might get in trouble.."
"But you got our back right?" Eru winked at the first princess and she nodded.
"Well it's all for Levathian.." She winked back and snaked around his arm.
Levathian sighed.
