Everyone was gathered in the living room, expect for Tony. Steve had made some pancakes and Thor who had went to Asgard for a short trip in order to retrieve Loki's things had returned this morning. As for Tony everyone knew that why he was absent and soon Y/n knew, the reason was before mission Tony was going to propose Pepper, but found her cheating on him in the office.
"I am going to talk to him" Y/n adviced as she got up, but Nat grabbed her hand "I don't think it's a great idea" Y/n smiled and put her hand on Natasha's hand in reassuring manner "Don't worry, it will be fine" "Nat, we should give it a shot" Steve uttered as Nat just nodded and let go Y/n. "Call us if you need anything" Bruse said and Y/n nodded and left before grabbing pancakes and coffe for Tony.
In The Lab~~
Y/n interested the password as the glass door opened. As soon as she stepped in she heard crunch sound, she looked down and sighed at the sight of broken glasses. She looked around and heard sniffs, she slowly made her way towards the sound through the glass pieces. She saw who was behind the couch, he was sitting in the floor with his head between his knees and it was covered with his hands. There were 5-6 empty bottles rolling and a bottle half empty. She carefully set the plate and cup beside the table kept near the couch. She squeezed herself and went near Tony, guess he didn't noticed her presence coz he flinches as soon as she called his name.
The moment he looked up Y/n gasped. He is eyes where red shoot, like he was crying for ages. "Wh-what are yo-you doing he-here?" Woo! Tony Fucking Stark is stuttering! "Brought some breakfast and came to clean this room" Y/n said as she forwarded her hand to Tony expecting him to take it. "I am not hungry and there is no need to clean the lab" Tony mumbled as he looked away. "Well the bad news is I wasn't asking" Tony looked at her as she continued "And the good news is you're gonna get a free ride" before Tony could process anything he felt himself being lift above the ground in bridal style, he yelped and wrapped his hand around Y/n's neck. "Put me down" he demanded and in return got a small nod in response as he felt himself fall on the soft mattress of the sofa.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Tony snapped as he sat down and saw Y/n sitting beside him. "Everything and I can ask you the same question. What is wrong with you?" Y/n spoke softly. "It's non of your concern" "I can't believe that Anthony Stark is crying coz of some girl" And only got a glare from Tony. "You don't understand, you don't know what I went through" "Well that's trues, I truly didn't knew anything about anyone of you before joining Avenger. But, now I know" "Then you should put that in your head that I loved Pepper from my heart" "Yeah, but crying out loud won't bring her back" "I am not crying out loud" "Sure you're not, but you're destroying this lab" Y/n sighed and looked around and then at Tony "Listen I know how you feel I have seen worse" "Not worse that me"
"Right Tony, it's not only you who lost their parents and his/her partner cheated. Their are lots of people in the hile damn world who have seen worse than you. Atleast you had money support they didn't had that. Kid's begging and broken hearts trying to find meaning. Atleast they don't waste their like your trying to do. No matter human, no matter god there is food and bad in everything and all you have to do is accept it. If you can't the you don't deserve to live. It's okay to cry over death, but not to cry over someone who fucking betrayed you" Y/n looked at Tony and he just stared back.
Y/n let out a chunk and stood up, she ruffles Tony's hair and spoke "I not someone who does those pep talk nor I am good at comforting anyone. But I will be always be there if you need me" she looked around and then continued "I understand if you don't wanna come out and talk about it. But let me tell you that we're always with. Steve, Nat, Clint, Bruce and Thor well he won't understand but we'll listen to you. So, just try to open up"
"Have your breakfast and coffe, don't get I'll because someone else hurt you" Y/n looked last time at Tony who was looking down at the floor and left.
With Avengers~~
"Guys she is back" Clint announced as everyone went towards Y/n. "How did it go?" "Is he okay lady Y/n?" "Did he said something?" "He is not hurt is he?" "Did he ate?"
All asked Y/n questions continuous but she was just staring to a blank space. "Y/n?" Nat shock her as she snapped back "So-sorry. You where asking?" "You okay?" Steve asked. "Yeah I am fine just thinking about stuffs" "What stuffs lady Y/n?" "Just about Tony" "How did it go?" "I tried and I guess it worked because I saw him eat after I left" Y/n smiled as everyone sighed in relief. "Just give him some time guys, he will be fine" Bruce said as everyone nodded.
But then.........
"Lady Y/n!" Everyone turned around and saw Loki standing near the stair case, everyone rolled their eyes excluding Thor and Y/n as they smiled at him. "You need something brother?" Thor asked in excitement. "Are you Lady Y/n?" Loki went towards them. "Are are you okay brother? Because I am your brother Thor Odinson, not Lady Y/n" "Then I called last Y/n not you" Loki put his hand on Y/n's shoulder. "Stay away from her" Nat warned as Y/n just chunked. "Don't worry, greenie won't hurt me" "Greenie?" "Because you like green" Clint exclaimed as Loki glared at him. "No need to fight. What do you need Greenie?" Y/n asked with a smirk. "Not again" "Fine fine, What happened?" "I wanna talk to you" "Right now?" "Yes, it's urgent. Please" "Bu-" "Pretty please"
