Halloween 8: Michael Returns

Chapter 7

The bell rings, Mia and Zack step out of the class, "I can't believe he's back." Mia said to Zack. "Me too, I've never seen this man in my life but I know the trauma that he's put Tom's parents through." Zack said. "Well, I gotta go to work, working till 11 tonight." Zack said, sighing. "Oh, that's so long, why not just call out?" Mia asked, "Because, I call out way too much, besides it's Halloween, it would be nice to work in a Halloween store on this day." He said smiling. "You got a point... okay i'll see you later." Mia said, "See ya." Zack said, waving and smiling. Mia sighed, hoping everything was okay with Tom.
        Zack has a seasonal job at a store called Ghostly Goblins. It was full of Halloween decorations and props there. Zack walks in, "Hey guys!!" he said to his coworkers, Matt, Tyler and Danielle. "Hey." they all say at the same time. "I'm gonna be stocking things, so I'll just be right in the back." Tyler said as Tom walked up to the counter. "Happy Halloween." Danielle said as she took a sip of her beer. "Happy Halloween." Zack said. "So, how long are you working here till then?" Matt asked. "Till 11, I'm going to be exhausted, but it would be nice for Halloween night." Zack said. He loved Halloween with a passion, and so did he co workers.
        Tyler walked to the back room of the store with a bunch of boxes. "Here it is," he said, taking the boxes of masks to put on the shelfs. The place didn't have many people come in on Halloween, because of what town they were in, it was packed on any other day of the month, but today, they only got 4 customers in the whole day. Tyler takes the box and walks up to the isles of masks and starts shelving them. Freddy mask, Jason mask, Leatherface mask, Ghostface mask. He goes to grab more boxes, so he goes to the back room again, as he takes a box and bumps into a shape. "Woah, uh, nice costume." Tyler said, looking up at the man. "Uh, customers are not supposed to be in the back room, can I help you buy something?" Tyler asked. "Okay you gotta mo-" before he finishes the sentence, Michael puts a Leatherface mask over Tyler's head, backwards, so there are no air holes. Michael holds the mask against Tyler's face, Tyler tries to scream but the door is shut and the mask is making his scream mumble. He tries to kick and punch but nothing stops Michael. Michael then snaps Tyler's neck and drops his body to the floor.
        Zack, Danielle and Matt were behind the counter. "No way, Scream 4 is the worst of the franchise." Zack said. "That is not true, Scream 4 is great, especially for the introduction of Kirby." Danielle said. "Well, all I know is that the filter they use for the movie is shit." Matt said laughing. "Scream 6 was great." Zack said. "Oh yeah, it's the best of the franchise." Danielle said. "Nah that's the original." Matt said. "Sidney Prescott, best final girl." Matt said as they all nodded their heads. "Of course, she's the final girl." Zack said smiling. "I'm definitely watching the Scream movies when I get home." Danielle said. She has Ghostface nails. "Let's all just agree, Scream 3 deserves more." Danielle said, "Yes of course." Zack said. "No question," he continued. "Oh my god, that ladder scene in Scream 6, pure perfection." Matt said. "Yeah but I felt so bad for Anika." Danielle said. "Same here." Zack said as Michael stepped out of the back room. They all look at him. "Hey, you can't be in here." Danielle screamed. "Wait, that's him, that's Michael, it's exactly how Tom explained him to be." Zack whispered to his coworkers. They all look at him. "Alright fuck this." Matt said, walking up to Michael. "Get out of here asshole, do you hear me? Get out!!" Matt said as Michael stabbed him through the head. Danielle and Tom scream as Matt's body drops to the ground. Michael speed walks after them, as Danielle tries to run out the door, Michael grabs her by the hair and slices her throat open. Zack watches as he hides in the aisles with bottles of fake blood. Michael turns around and tries to find Zack. Zack tries not to make a sound. A bottle of fake blood was open, Zack accidently hit the shelf and the bottle poured all over Zack with fake blood. Zack doesn't scream tho, he is just now filled with fake blood all over him. Michael hears it and walks to the isle Zack was in. Zack slowly moved to the next aisle hiding in that one. Michael saw no one so he moved on the next aisle, and no one again. Michael then walks into the next aisle and finds Zack. Zack gets up and throws a fake ax prop at Michael. It obviously doesn't do anything, so he makes a run for the front door. Michael grabs Zack as he kicks Michael hard and tries to leave as Michael grabs Zack's head and bashes it through the glass in the front door, Michael then takes a piece of the glass and stabs it into Zack's eye, then takes another one and stabs it into the other eye. Zack is now covered in fake and real blood. Zack screams and gags on his own blood as he drops to the floor. Dead.
