Personality - She likes to read, sing, and hang out with her friends and family. She can play piano, guitar and bass. Sora is the type of girl to hide her struggles from the people she loves to not worry them. She's kind of like cobra in the sense of looking intimidating but being very kind and helpful when needed. She likes to mess with yamato by teasing him about small things like his very obvious crush on Naomi. She is ignores literally everyone at school except nijiro which makes people think of her as a mysterious person, she likes to help people at school when dealing with bullies so you could say most of the school is either afraid of her or attracted to her. She is very cautious of her surroundings and could be said to be a little paranoid but could you blame her, her brother is in a gang and the S.W.O.R.D district is known for its violence

Personality - To people around him he looks disinterested and cold, but if you get to know him you'll know he's a softy at heart unless you hurt the people he cares about. He doesn't have the best relationship with his parents so he sleeps over sora's house a lot. He loves to remind sora that he's older than her but sora just tells him he's an old man. He may be on the short side but he can pack a punch, plus we love a short king. Like sora he doesn't socialize with people at school, meaning he also has the stereotype of being a mysterious beauty. He is like an energetic puppy when he's comfortable with someone so you can imagine what he's like around sora. He loves coffee, dogs and sleeping. He learnt how to play guitar and drums because he got bored at home. He thinks before making decisions, and he hates people who cause unnecessary drama.
Timeline:
- Sora Tanaka is born 31 October 1998, Nijiro Suzuki is born 17 March 1997. Yamato, Cobra and Noboru are born 7 years earlier in 1990 with naomi being born a year after them in 1991.
- 1996-1998 | Yamato starts elementary and meets Hino Junpei who soon goes by the name Cobra nicknamed after his famous move the cobra twist. 2 years later they meet noboru and become best friends.
- 1998 | An 8 year old yamato meets a one month old sora and instantly falls for her adorable cute cheeks and cute little hands.
- 1998-2009 | Yamato and sora have many play dates after meeting and even though yamato was seven years older than sora he liked looking after her, because in his eyes she was his adorable little sister that needed to be showered with love and affection
- 2000 | Yamato, Cobra, and Noboru run in to naomi at school and become friends with her
- Sora doesn't remember her birth mother but Hisako Asahina is who she usually thinks about when people ask who her mother is
- 2004 | Sora and her father, Haruto Tanaka, move in next door to the Suzuki family. They didn't meet until nijiro poured juice on sora's head when they were 6 in elementary and she punched him in the face. The next day they were inseparable.
- 2005-2014 | At 7 years old Haruto signed sora up for self defense lessons which included taekwondo, karate, boxing and Jiu jitsu. Nijiro joined as well after he begged haruto to convince his parents to allow him to join which took haruto telling them he'd pay for them himself for them to agree. They were both the top of their class because of how fast and strong they were. Their lessons continued till they were 16 after her father died since he payed 9 years worth of lessons.
- 2006 | As sora and yamato's bond grew she officially meets yamato's friends after accidentally walking in on them hanging out in yamato's room after her dad dropped her off after school to go work. Sora being 8 and them being 15 they took care of her like she was one of them. Sora's favorite person between his friends would be naomi.
- 2008 | She used to have a crush on noboru when she was 10 and after nijiro found out he always took the chance to tease her about it even after she got over it. She's pretty sure nijiro made it a bit too obvious to him but he doesn't bring it up and neither does she.
- 2009 | The car crash that killed her father happens and she ends up at the hospital. A few months later the funeral for Haruto Tanaka takes place and Sora is adopted by Hisako Asahina. She takes their last name but keeps her fathers last name as well making Sora Asahina-Tanaka.
- Sora deals with the guilt that comes with surviving the crash and seeing her father die. She doesn't like to talk about the accident, when she thinks about it the images get so vivid she feels like she's still there watching as her father struggles to breathe.
- 2010-2013 | Mugen is formed by Naomi's older brother tatsuya and his best friend Kohaku. Soon to be joined by Ohta and Konishi. A few months later after a motorcycle accident that happened during a race with Kohaku, Tsukumo also joins mugen
- 2012 | Yamato and Cobra join mugen while Noboru is in university studying to be a lawyer, where he also happens to find himself a girlfriend
- 2013 | Tatsuya retires from mugen after opening his diner call Itokan. Hyuga kai send men after cobra in hopes of scaring mugen in to disbandment or provoking them to fight thinking they'd be able to easily defeat them, all this so they could impress kyuru. Hyuga kai lost and kyuru never let them join their group. As mugen grows some members start using kohaku's name to scare people in to listening to them. Kohaku and Tatsuya soon have an argument about disbanding mugen, Kohaku catches someone using his name to scare a man into giving him money and women so he beats the guy up. During that Tsukumo goes to talk things out with Tatsuya they get hit by a car causing Tatsuya to die and putting Tsukumo in a coma.
- 2014 | 5 gangs emerged after the fall of mugen. Sannoh hoodlum squad, White rascals, Oya high, Rude boys and Daruma ikka creating the name S.W.O.R.D. Kyuru is still alive and they're trying to take over S.W.O.R.D now. Sora also starts high school alongside Nijiro.
- 2015 | Where the plot starts from Road to high and low
A/N - I have no idea how to work around the timeline of high and low since they never really specified ages or years so I'm kind of just winging the timeline so it kinda makes sense. I also looked up the heights of some characters and I just realised yuki yamada who play murayama is like 2 centimeters taller than takanori iwata who plays cobra, I honestly thought it was the other way around. I also thought asahina aya would be a little taller than yuki yamada but apparently not, I don't even know what's real. Apparently she's only taller than nijiro by like an inch i think that's how you put it at least. Was it her shoes that made her look taller or am i just weird. Anyway I hope the timeline makes a little sense and i hope the insight of what the characters are like is nice, please tell me if something doesn't make sense I'll try and fix it.
P.S - Nijiro is such a cute little puppy I just want to give him the biggest hug.
