Celestial Love (Tsutey x OC)

Chapter 5

Karina's ears perked up as she could hear light footsteps surrounding her. More Na'vi showed themselves as they formed a semi-circle behind her. Pointing their arrows and spears at her as they made ululating noises.

She put away her knife and brought her hands in front of her again as she did not want to appear hostile.

A gentle thud on the ground indicated that the male Na'vi from above landed on the ground and was now making his way towards her.

He was tall and lean. His height easily overtook most of the group. His face was stern and had a brooding look with his jaw clenched tight as he passed his bow and arrow to his fellow Na'vi.

Karina had to look up at him as he approach her while taking out his dagger. His hair flicked back and forth as he walked.

She did not flinch when he pointed at her throat.

"Demon, you are forbidden here". He inched his dragger closer to her skin as if prying a reaction from her.

Karina took a breath in and breathed it out slowly in an attempt to calm herself.

She met his gaze unwilling to yield to his threat. "I do not wish to trespass on your land".

"Then go back to the star you came from". His words were heavily dipped with venom as she could sense his deep hatred toward her kind.

He lifted her arm to strike but he was stopped by another Na'vi's voice.

"Tsu'tey. We can not ignore the sign from Eywa". He placed a hand on his shoulder. "We need to bring her to Tsahik".

All eyes were on this Na'vi named Tsu'tey. He glared at Karina intensely before lowering the dagger to his side.

"Bind her hands. We have all seen how quickly she can move". Tsu'tey turned his back to retrieve his bow.

The second male Na'vi approached her and started to undo a bola from his pouch. He towered over her as well.

Karina started to back away though her hands were still held up in front of her. "Please. I do not wish to trespass any further. I am only here to look for my friend".

She heard Tsu'tey make a disapproving grunt.

The male Na'vi still approached her though. "You must come with us. There are many hunters around our borders. At least one of them must have spotted your friend".

Pondering his words, she reluctantly allowed him to tie her hands behind her.

"I am Syura'Ewan, a warrior from the Omatikaya". Karina nodded respectfully, she was grateful that he did not tie her hands too tightly. "After you speak with our Tsahik, I can help look for your friend".

He ushered her forward as the hunting party advanced to a nearby clearing.

"Thank you. My name is Karina". She gave him a timid smile as she was still not in the clear.

Looking ahead, she met Tsu'tey's glare again.

"No more talking until you are spoken to by our Tsahik". He nudged her forward, earning a side eye from Karina.

'This is gonna be a long night'. She thought to herself as she stole one last look at the river before catching up with the female Na'vi in front of her.
