The sun rose to a beautiful day as Dean, Sam, Jack, Alana and Castiel sat in the motel room – going over what had happened in the last few years.
"So you're saying that Alana is some sort of supernatural being that can erase anything supernatural?" Sam asks.
Castiel and Alana both nod. "Don't you wish you could have a normal life?" Alana asks, "I know I do."
"Is that even possible?" Jack asks.
"Yes." Castiel says.
Alana grabs Jack's hand. "Won't it be fun to be normal? We can go to school, party, drink and – "she is stopped by Dean warning her, "Don't even finish that sentence."
Alana shrugs, "Whatever."
"So what now?" Sam asks.
Castiel closes his eyes for a moment, before reopening them. "We still have work to do before the end is here. Let's finish what we started." And then he was gone.
"That's so not cool." Alana mutters.
Dean glares at her and she shuts up.
"Let's hit the road then." Sam says as they all gather their things and check out of their room, before getting into the Impala. Alana and Jack sat in the back, Sam took a shotgun and Dean was driving like normal. Their next destination was New Orleans. The one place Alana dreaded returning to.
"Why there?" she finally asks.
"It's where all the activity is happening at." Sam tells her.
Alana sits back and sighs. She was going back to where it all ended for her and she was scared. Jack grabbed her hand and gave it a squeeze. She gave him a small smile before returning her attention to the outside. Whatever was going to happen, was completely and utterly out of her hands.
