Chapter 35

Chapter 34 Summary:

Kai gets raped and a video of her rape was posted by her raper on the internet. That's pretty much it lol. 

HARRY'S POV

I lay in bed motionless for a couple of hours. I can't believe I ruined it. I ruined whatever me and Kai had and honestly I never felt more dead. Whatever sliver of hope of me ever getting her back is gone because she isn't answering her phone. I knew I made a mistake but in my defense I was drunk and I wasn't thinking clearly. But still, that's no excuse for me hurting her. I messed up big time and I was aware of that.

I screamed out loud in frustration. 

I messed up EVERYTHING. I fell for Kai hard and I can't believe I threw it all away. I only remember bits and pieces from the night I cheated on her, but I knew it happened due to pictures in all the tabloids. Pictures of me and that stranger of a girl kissing is plastered on every newstand around the world. Kai obviously had seen it, there was no doubt in my mind she hadn't. I didn't even plan on cheating, it's the drinking that got me to do it but I shouldn't blame it on anything. I take full responsibility. I just wish she knew that.

The fact that she isn't answering her phone isn't making it any better. I knew I didn't deserve one but I wish she gave me a chance to explain. Just a minute, that's all I needed. I knew I messed up and I didn't need anyone to remind me, I just wanted Kai. And it isn't helping that we are on tour, so I can't even go see her.

I heard a knock on my door that caused me to jump. Who is up at... I turned to look at my clock. Three in the morning? I heard it again.

"Yeah come in." I called. I got scared of my voice, I sounded like a demon.

The door open to show Paul standing in the doorway. He looked nervous or upset. I couldn't really put my finger on it. Whatever expression it was, it wasn't good.

"Harry, I have something to show you." He said.

I didn't even notice that he was carrying a laptop in his arms. By the tone of his voice, I figured I didn't want to know. 

"I don't know how you will react to this, but please Harry, whatever you do try and remain calm." Paul warned his voice cracking.

I gulped, what is it? I nodded as he walked over with the laptop. He placed it in front of me and it was on full screen of just a black screen. I knew it was a video because of the play button that was centered on the screen. Paul sat on the bed so he couldn't see the screen. 

"If it's too much for you, you don't have to watch it." Paul said barely in a whisper.

I didn't know if I wanted to see this. What was it going to be? Did Kai cheat on me? Oh god I hope not. Maybe I deserve it. Unwillingly I took the laptop in my lap and hit play.

The video began but the screen was still black. The video began and it was a man blocking the view of whatever he was standing in front of. What the hell? I waited for the video to continue and the man starts to undress.

"What the hell Paul?" I asked looking up at him.

He shook his head as if saying no and he looked down at his hands. It seemed as if he was telling me to wait. I turned back to the screen and the man moved over to his bed. Some girl was laying in it and her feet were tied up and her arms were too. I couldn't see her face because she looked the other way. She was fully unclothed and she just lay there. I wasn't sure why Paul was showing me what appeared to be... porn? 

He walked over to her and whispered something in her ear. He then backed away and climbed on top of her. Okay now I was really unsure of what Paul was showing me. Then my heart dropped to my stomach when she turned her face to the camera.
