Chapter 22

KAI'S POV

Yes, I leaned in and kissed Harry on the cheek. For many people that wouldn't be a big deal, they kiss their friends cheeks all the time. But for me this was a big deal. I hadn't learn to trust people, I don't know how. Everyone just screws me over. I don't know how to trust but with Harry, I'm learning again. I kissed his cheek and time just stopped for a second. Yeah I know cheesy but I don't know how to explain it. I never kissed anyone although it was on the cheek besides my parents and as you may know that was a long time from now. Was this how it felt to kiss someone? I forgot, that's why it felt so weird but I liked it. He tried to look back at me but he couldn't really. I could see him smile a little and I could've sworn he was blushing but I'm not sure. We reached his car and he lowered me in considering I was still on his back. I got in the car and he shut the door behind me. He walked to the other side and hopped right in. We drove back to his flat. We opened the door and realized it was 3 am.  But of course with these guys, they were awake.

"AYY WELCOME BACK!" Louis screamed.

We said hello as I plopped on the couch.

"I have to go to the bathroom." Harry said.

"Okay." I replied.

As soon as Harry left the room all four boys ran up to me and sat near me. Louis was on my left, Niall on my right, Zayn on the floor looking up at me and Liam just standing near me. I was confused. What?

"Uhh..." I said kind of lost.

"WHAT HAPPENED TELL US!" Niall urged.

"What are you guys talk-" Zayn cut me off.

"Cut the crap Kai what happened?!"

Wow Zayn, straight to the point. Was he implying what happened between me and Harry? I guess so what else would they be talking about? Nothing happened besides the kiss on the cheek and it was kind of awkward to tell them that, besides to Harry it was probably just a kiss on the cheek, he gets those all the time. He thought nothing of it, I'm sure of it.

"Nothing." I defended myself.

Liam scoffed. "Okay Kai, whatever you say."

"Why do you think something happened?" I asked.

Louis smirked, "Kai it's 3 am and I'm pretty sure Ruby Tuesday closes at 11."

I bit my lip, well that is kind of suspicous I do admit, but nothing happened.

"I know that sounds fishy but I swear nothing like that happened." I said.

Niall laughed, but I smacked him in his arm. He pouted, "Ow, but still really tell us what you did then."

"Honestly we just we walking around the park and stuff. We weren't doing anything really."

They sighed and I heard someone scoff. I knew they were going to intterogate me more but as soon as they were going to Harry had walked in. They all shut up and I smirked. Everyone went back to where they were sitting before. Harry plopped a seat right next to me and took my hand in his. I smiled lightly and he began to flip through the channels.

"AY I WAS WATCHING." Zayn protested.

"Not anymore." Harry joked.

I giggled and Harry squeezed my hand. I did it back as I rested my head on his shoulder. We all decided to watch That 70's Show and we just relaxed and laugh when needed. 

"When's your birthday?" Harry asked out of nowhere.

I thought for a moment. When was my birthday? I remember now, it was Feburary 24th.
