If you say the phrase 'My Cup Of Tea' you are basically implying that you like something, or that is the sort of thing you are into, (if you say something is 'not really your cup of tea' you are saying the opposite.)
EXAMPLES:
Do you like Football?" "No not really, it's not really my cup of tea."
