Gem and Fwhip had been sitting in a small clearing close to the Kingdom of Dawn. For the most part, they had just been talking. Though by this point, Fwhip looked like he was about to pass out any minute. Fwhip's ear twitched. "Someone's calling for you, Gem." The princess gave a small nod before standing up to see who had called for her. Once back in the Kingdom, Gem saw Sausage. 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱, 𝘐 𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘩𝘦'𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘶𝘱 𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘴. Gem walked over and started talking to the taller. After a few minutes of talking, Sausage asked where Hermes was. Gem let out a quiet laugh, "Follow me." Gem led Sausage back to the clearing. In the center, were Fwhip and Hermes. The child was laying on top of the goblin, completely passed out. "Oi Fwhip! I thought you didn't like kids?"Fwhip looked over from where he was and sent Gem a death glare. Gem put her hands up while Sausage started laughing. Gem looked up, the sun was setting. "How about you three stay the night? So then you don't have to try and get home in the dark. " Sausage gave a small nod. Fwhip slightly hesitated but eventually agreed to stay the night.
-Time Skip-
Alright, so, I have two spare bedrooms. One room has two beds while the other only has one." Fwhip quietly yawned. "I don't care what room I get, I just want to lay down!" After deciding who got what room, Fwhip and Hermes got the room with two beds while Sausage got the room with one bed, and they all went to sleep...Well, most of them. Hermes, Gem, and Sausage had no trouble falling asleep. Fwhip on the other hand couldn't for the life of him fall asleep. Fwhip looked over to where Hermes was. His tail twitched. 𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘚𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘬𝘪𝘥... Fwhip looked back up at the ceiling. He stared at the ceiling for who knows how long. Well, that was until he heard Sausage. "Fwhip? Are you still awake?" The goblin looked over to the other bed and could see Sausage looking directly at him. Fwhip felt his face quickly heat up. "Um... No...?" Sausage shook his head. "It's not healthy to stay up, Fwhip..." The goblin muttered something under his breath. "What was that?" Fwhip sighed, "I said, says the one who's also awake!" There was a moment of silence. Soon, Fwhip heard Sausage get up and walk over to Fwhip's bed. Once by the bed, Sausage sat down next to it and started to play with Fwhip's hair. He didn't know why he did that, but he had a feeling it would help. As soon as Fwhip felt Sausage touch his hair, the goblin's entire body immediately went limp. 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘦? Fwhip's tail started to wave back and forth. He had also started to purr. Which surprised both Sausage and Fwhip. Sausage continued to play with Fwhip's hair until he was almost completely asleep. Right before Fwhip passed out, he spoke. "Um... Sausage?" The taller let out a small hum. "Could you cuddle me...? Please...?" To be completely honest, this was the cutest thing Sausage had ever heard, and, well, he couldn't say no. So, eventually, both Fwhip and Sausage were passed out in the same bed. Just cuddling.
